Me and my husband ate dinner here twice, both times the food was absolutely delicious. However, each time the food made both of us sick and gave us explosive diarrhea. I wanted to be sure I wasn't crazy so I gave my daughter some and she also had the same gastrointestinal issues. Because of this we won't be back, which makes me sad because the food is amazing!
Horabl Unreal place to do business with. Unreal experience. Customer service is the easiest part of your job blue fin and you failed. Shame on you.I have just ordered 2 different orders that come out to $60 and because the transaction has to be split in 2 different orders they wouldn't accommodate. Cashier response. IT WOULD TAKE TO LONG TO PROCESS THAT FOR YOU. It shouldn't matter if it took 4 times the time it would normally take and it wouldn't. It's what the customer requested so just do it. No soup for you she said.
The only thing I get is the steak hibachi and it's fabulous along with a ginger salad and spring rolls! Fabulous!! The atmosphere is nice, always clean and attentive, friendly servers.
I would love to eat here, because the food really is good, but they never answer their phone. I've tried calling mulitple times on all different days but no answer. I live across town and thought I would just drive over another separate time when their door and Google said they would indeed be open, yet their sign said closed, early. I tried giving it a shot.
Service was fast and friendly. I ordered nigiri sushi and was brought miso and and a ginger salad quickly while my order was prepared. I will say the fish was cut too big, it should have been something bite size. Otherwise a great place and clean environment.
Blue fin is my fix when I'm ready for that monthly Mongolian beef and sushi night!!! Add some saki and it's perfect. My two cents
We’ve been coming here for over 12 years and were turned down tonight. They said that they were no longer taking guest but the open sign was on and no sign on the door saying that. The hostess was extremely rude and screamed at us. We talked to the manager and he didn’t even care. Cannot believe that paying and regular customers are treated like this. We will NEVER return.
The fried rice was grosse with old chicken mixed in and the vegetables were burned and looked like bugs were in it! Did not eat!!
This was an unfortunate visit. We arrived about a half an hour before they were supposed to close at 2:30 in the afternoon. We ordered wine and saki, sushi and hibachi. By the time we were served with everything it was getting close to 2:30 and they told us they would be closing. I assumed they would allow us to eat our food and drink our drink and they were just closing the doors to any more customers for the time being until they reopened for dinner. I was wrong. They basically told us to leave. I have never been to a restaurant that would allow you to order $80 worth of food and drink and then kick you out. I will not be back. Its a shame because I used to like their food.
Me and my husband went out for a date night tonight … I’m ashamed how I have lived in Rome for almost 3 years now and just trying this place.The food and service was phenomenal . Emma thank you for the great service and answering all our questions .
