Second time eating here, food is fantastic. Service however was not. I ordered a Togo order from a sweet girl who was super helpful and even made recommendations since I wasn’t sure what sauce would be good for the meal I order. When I arrived I saw a curbside sign and just assumed that was how you pick up since lots of restaurants offer this as a pickup option for Togo. I called to say that I was there to get an order and wanted to know if curbside was an option. Rebecca the manager was super rude when I called telling me that it was dinner rush and they would get to me when then could. She then proceeded to ask my name, phone number and what I wanted to order. I explained to her that I had actually already placed an order and just wanted to know if I could do curbside. “So you have already placed an order that wasn’t originally a curbside order. What’s your card number?!” Was the response she gave to me. She got my info, told me someone would be with me when they could, I said thank you and she hung up with no response. The food is delicious but the customer service has definitely ruined it for me.

We love all the food here at Blossom Hill the menu is fabulous and the staff are very attentive! If you go on Saturday you have to try the Brisket Bowl and the bourbon pecan milkshake is delicious - this is our favorite BBQ pit

Staff goes above and beyond make your experience the best! We came out for my daughter’s birthday to celebrate with her friends. Highly recommend and we will be back.

This place is Great! The staff is helpful and polite. They answered all my questions. The building has a modern design with exposed brick and air-ducts.The tables are reclaimed wood and light fixtures look like lanterns. Blossom Hill is quite popular, so it's pretty busy on the weekends. Now to FOOD! The burger was so good and juicy; it was made with beef from Berry College Farms. The beans and macaroni and cheese were just okay. They weren't bad but they weren't good. But Baby, those Burnt Ends were amazing! Sweet, sticky, meat candy definitely has to be the best things on the menu. Another highlight was the brisket, it was super flavorful cooked to perfection.Overall Blossom Hill is a gem, with great food and great service!

First, LOVE the atmosphere. Beautiful building.Second, great customer service. Friendly service. Greeted and seated quickly. So, 5 stars for the atmosphere.Nice variety of beers and drafts.Great milk shakes.Outdoor seating and Outdoor activities - Ping Pong and Cornhole. But my food, while visually appealing, was cold. I didn't complain but that wasDisappointing. -I definitely believe they're have corrected it, but was in a rush 2 points for that. However, if I'm ever in town again, I'd definitely visit.

BlossomHill BBQ and Burgers - as Dad said after eating here today“ ONE AND DONE “I agree the Brunswick Stew was literally the consistency of puréed baby food. Hush puppies no flavor, some of my hand cut fries undercooked.Dad even questioned if he was eating pork. My sandwich was cold, hush puppies needed a dash of salt and onions. Please note it wasn’t about the service - it was about the food.On a cool note they have the recyclable BALL aluminum cups. See I found the silver lining.

Such an awesome experience. This was our first visit on Saturday, February 12.The barbecue was outstanding, with ample portions. The atmosphere was inviting and not cramped at all. From my observations, the staff seemed happy and involved to ensure a positive experience for customers. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality meal at reasonable prices.

First off, the atmosphere and service were great, and I love the outdoor sitting area, but the food was just okay. We tried the hamburger, the fries, and the homemade chips. The hamburger was fine. Wasn't great and wasn't bad either. The burger was juicy, but I was hoping that they would put a good crust on the outside like a good burger joint would give the burger some texture. The bacon I got with mine was just flabby and didn't really add to the burger experience. Like some other reviewers said, the food didn't come out very hot which was really odd. The fries were just luke warm and not crispy at all. The chips were okay but half of them were not crispy and soaked in oil, so I had to pick around them. Another weird thing was that they had one small pepper shaker, one saltshaker, and one pepper grinder in the entire dining area. They bring the food out to you, but you have to immediately get up and go get some salt and pepper for your food if you want any. One change I would make is when you order your food, the cashier should ask you what sauces you would like as there aren't any that you can get yourself. I may go back and try something else if I wanted to sit outside on a nice day but I'm really not sure.

Four of us ate at Blossom Hill yesterday. Our first problem when we tried to sit down we’re the black metal chairs. We’re average size adults, but the chairs hit all of us at the rear and just were uncomfortable. The two ladies had to put their purses on the floor…don’t like that and the shape of the chair doesn’t allow you to hang your purse on the back. I suggest hooks under the table. Didn’t like the unisex bathroom although it was spotless and roomy. We were all looking forward to our lunch and ordered a variety: BBQ, fish and chips, fish sandwich and slaw, and a club sandwich. The staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant is clean and has good vibes, but each of us found the food to be lacking any seasoning whatsoever. We kept adding salt and pepper, but when there was no seasoning added during cooking, you just can’t get it right at the table. We particularly like hand cut fries, but these were pitiful. They were cold and maybe not cut that day. Again, no seasoning. The fish was hot but that was because they cooked it to order. The bacon on the club did not seem to be fully cooked, much less crispy.I don’t often leave a review and I’ve never left a bad one, but our lunch was so disappointing.

They have Impossible Burgers, and the chicken is the best chicken ever, juicy and the best flavor! Can hardly wait to go back! Oatmeal cream pie is a must for dessert.
