Ana’s is the absolute best! Her rotolos (humongous wraps) are what she started with 36 years ago and folks have been eating them for that long!!But Ana also makes her homemade pasta dishes, lasagna and chicken fettuccine are you die for! Wings, burgers, amazing salads and homemade soups; oh and the house made potato chips with ranch for dipping…so much to choose from. You will not go home hungry!Ana loves people with food and once you have eaten there you will definitely keep coming back.
After our discussion on Friday, my credit card was charged twice and I asked for a credit by the restaurant and was told that my credit card was not charged twice. I ordered at 120pm and tried to cancel the pick up order at the restaurant less than 5 minutes of my order on the same day. The hostess told me to cancel online. I placed a second order for delivery. I received my delivery order and never received food or credit for the second order. I called again a week later. Unfortunately, I was told I had to dispute with my credit card company for further action of being charged twice. I would recommend giving some additional training to your employees instead of them telling to request a refund on the website. Clearly, the online order does not work for your business.
The only thing I didn't like was that you have to order at the counter and get your own drinks and find a table, which is harder for older guests ?. It was very busy and crowded. Nice selection on the menu board.

just had annas for the first time food is the best i have had in a long time tender perfect i had the house special yesterday and had the chef pasta salad today both amazing will be going back very soon
This place is a wonderful hidden gem. The staff was beyond friendly. The food was flawless. And the decor of the place was awesome.
Good atmosphere and service with an expansive menu. My wife and I ordered a burger and a sandwich and while the ingredients were delicious they were both so soggy we couldn't pick them up. Maybe dial back on the wet ingredients and heat the meat separately from the greens.
This was the first time eating there, staff very friendly and courteous. I wasn't sure what a rotolo was and she explained. I had a cuban rotolo with fries. It was very good and would recommend this place.
Ana's is a familiar name in town. Always good food and a good menu selection. Prices seem to be a tad high for lunch. But Ana's is a must try.
