This Zaxby’s has poor customer service. If I could give no stars I would. I came here at night on a Saturday and ordered food for two. I placed my order and when I got to the window they couldn’t find it in the system. So, I ordered it again. It was not until after I swiped my card and re-ordered was I made aware that they were out of everything that I ordered. The manager came and she did not even apologize for the inconvenience. She just did the refund and didn’t even hand me my card. She gave it to someone else to hand it to me. I don’t see how she became management. -10/10
Came inside. Waited more than 40 min for my order to come up. Manager nowhere to be found. Five people placed orders after mine. All got their food before me. Kids in there bullshiiting on the clock.Zero customer service skills. No empathy and no courtesy.Trash all on the floor on the inside. Place looked a mess. If they didn't have me waiting so long, I wouldn't have had time to write all this.I knew I shoulda just went to Chick-fil-A. Won't catch me slipping again.

I was not aware you only get 1 chicken tender on a $12 salad then on top of I paid for extra egg, suppose to came with a egg. The. When I say something about it it’s a attitude.
They dont listen i asked for a house salad grilled and a number 2 before i could finish was cut off and was asked you want a house salad then asked if you want it grilled or fried then i proceeded a #2 with 5 chicken finger he asked how many 4 or 5. I said zaxby sauce add a honey mustard and a barbecue sauce. When i got home didnt have no sauce even though my receipt showed me being charged..... No zaxby or the 2 that i paid for....Wow

I went to Zaxby and asked for a chicken sandwich combo. I asked for the chicken to be cooked fresh because I had a distance to drive home. I added bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and onion. They didn't cook it fresh, the bacon was crumbles not pieces, the chicken was not hot it was kind of cold. So I told the guy that took my order that it wasn't fresh like I asked. So he told the young girl in the back to remake it. She had an attitude about it as if I did something wrong. She kept giving me the evil eye ?. If they had done like I asked in the first place they wouldn't have had to redo it. Won't eat there again I hate that these kids are the only people that will work at a restaurant. They half do their job, but want to make $15 /hr smdh... Do better
