According to google wendys was open since. I got there @6:53am and for once there was no line. This was shocking because there is always a line due to slow service. The one car who was in front pulled off and I proceeded to wait about 7 minutes. After receiving no greeting or response I called the Wendy’s on my phone. The person who answered said they would be ready to take orders in another 7 minutes @7:06. I luckily was not headed to work but this was extremely unprofessional and I seen several other customers pull off without receiving service
I have been eating at Wendy’s for many years and I can truly say that this was the best service I have had in a long time. The food was fresh and hot. The buns, onions, everything was fresh. The sitting area was clean, bathrooms very clean. All the employees and manager were very nice and Vaughn was a very sweet and nice lady. I don’t normally leave reviews but this was excellent service for Wendy’s.
This Wendy’s dining room is never open. Mind you, all their doors and windows say dining room hours are from 10a-8p. I deliver food and always have to wait in a super long DT line just to have to wait anyway when I get to the window because they don’t have the food ticket. It’s ridiculous and unprofessional when they literally could just open the lobby for pickup. I won’t be accepting any orders or getting my own food from there anymore.
Burgers and fries, late evening dinner. The drive-thru lines was not long which made it a quick stop. The cashier was nice and patient. The pickup window was fast, the drinks were waiting and the bags were right there. I love sharing as a Travel professional.
Food has always been good ! Employees need to learn how to do their job though. Wanted to use a coupon and the girl didn't know how to do it ! I just left it alone for now. Next time I won't !!
A little slow but my order was correct & the customer service was good
I love getting their Apple Pecan Salads and ordered 2 of them with 2 Pineapple Mango lemonades for my moma and I. It was amazing as well as delicious????✌?
The drive thru is terrible. It took 15 minutes to place my order and another 10 to get my breakfast. There was an employee cleaning the lot while the staff inside were struggling to prepare orders in a timely manner. Poor management decision.
I think I was the 1st customer they had when they came out with the breakfast and now it one of my favorite breakfast places
That ceaser salad was horrible. 4 pieces of chicken and a pound of lettuce
