This location lacks customer service abundantly! I went in 5 am and the sign on the door states that they serve 9pm-7am but as soon as we went to the window the waitress ignored us. The cook had toCome to the window and tell us they don’t open back until 6:30 or 7 never gave us a definite answer. I really despise this location because the workers do not care and have no customer service training. I wish they would gut out this location and put real people that care about their job.. the waitress literally sat in the booth and ignored anybody that came to window and tried to order.. this is even low standards for the Waffle House
Its 9pm, and my partner and I pulled into the parking lot. People are inside, eating, ordering etc. We go to the door, its locked. We get directly looked by the waitress behind the counter taking an order and are promptly ignored. No specially marked hours, and we just saw someone pull in and walk inside before we got out the car. If the hours have changed, they should be posted. Also its not hard to express being closed or closing instead of ignoring people hoping they leave.
I hate it when a server pressure you into tipping!! Don't assume or suggest to me if you can keep the change? Don't tell someone that may have not tipped that they are trash or something along those lines. How rude! You don't know if that was a person's last dollar... Let your service speak for your tip. And then you forget part of the order to boot...
The staff was efficient and some what friendly. However this particular restaurant did not serve the online menu. Your choice is the in house menu. There is inside dining. The food could have been a bit better. The omelette was a little over saturated with oil for my taste, however everything else was a grade C level. Masks seemed to be optional at this location. Would I eat there again, maybe.
Customer service was good. Burger was cooked a little too hard.
I’ve come to this Waffle House on 4 different occasions ( I work next door overnights) and every time I’m told we’re not taking orders at the moment. I came earlier thought maybe that would help and no they just will lock the doors whenever they want. I really wish I could give 0 stars
I have been going to Waffle House for a long time the one good thing I like is that regardless of which one you go to they pretty much all taste the same. Food is good.
Better call before you go as they make up how they want to run this business: closed for cleaning...only doing take out because only 2 employees with no one else in the building, etc.
I want to Give a Shout out to the only young gentleman pulling off a One Man Show!The One star review goes to Waffle House on hwy 85 for seriously Understaffed tonight.Which is outrageous being a 24hr restaurant.This young man Was taking orders and cooking at the same time.He was so stress out I felt very bad for him yet at the same time he was so polite.I commend him for that.
This is NOT a 24 hour restaurant…. They close down at 8 PM and watch people walk up the door knowing they’re “Closed” or just lazy. It’s ridiculous. Please update the ACTUAL times of service
