It seems around a certain time of night this location only takes mobile orders which makes absolutely no sense! And while i was placing my order, i overheard 2 male employees that was outside sitting on the curb, tell a car that asked about being opened/placing an order that they could cash app them in order to place their order. What in the world????

The staff is very immature, forgetful and unmotivated. Horrible quality food, and the fact I was asked what type of sauce I wanted yet there was no sauce on the back. Wasn't even a napkin. Im lucky I even got a straw.

Horrible service. Horrible service. Messed my order up 3 times. Had us waiting for 20 minutes for the manager. He never came out. Had to get back in line and wait again. Asked for a refund and got attitude. Not one apology for the mishap. Very unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate about this particular store.

If I could give zero start I would first of all I wanted a soft taco supreme got a regular taco instead which was soggy and nasty ? Secondly I wanted to try the new Catalina chicken taco that you see picture looks nothing like the commercial chicken is burnt looks like it has been sitting under heat shoot all day like wow Taco Bell that’s how you’ll do it smh I will never return

Visited 2/23/22 purchased a nacho bell grande and a beef burrito. The sour cream and meat was spoiled. It taste awful I had to throw it away. The employee on the speaker taking orders was very unprofessional. And could barely hear him.

I’m 100% sure the food isn’t being stored at the proper temperature or cooked to the proper temperature here. I am 100% sure I got food poisoning as a result of getting tacos from here late Sunday night. Two stars because the employees are always sweet but… be careful.

Out of all the years that I have been coming to this particular location never have I ever had any of their employees to throw anything at me. I just visited taco bell through the drive thru and when I asked for more sauce the manager threw it in my hand. She didn't place it. She threw it and gave me this ugly look. Some of the sauce fell on the ground. I pulled around to go in side. I asked for her name she refused to give me her name. She refused to give me the store manager name. She stated she didn't want to touch my hand. She's Mexican and I'm black so what does that suppose to mean. My hands are clean but I'm sure taco bell is like every other restaurant where you are required to wash your hands. I'm so disgusted by this visit. Employees was talking about it after I left like I was the problem. I over heard them when I went back in to get the complaint number. I have worked in fast food because as a regular employee and manager and would never do that to any customer.

If u ever go at night, watch out they play with your food. The cook and the guy taking order are the ones who will play with it. Warning, u might get sick, They will mess your order up on purpose after ur upset with them. Who knows what they will do to it when your mad. Store need to be shut up cause management hiring ignorant people

If you want bad customer service , poor quality food, and to be talked to like you’re the problem when you have an issue with how THEY ruined your meal this is the place to go. I literally took my food back in three times and STILL never got it right . I try to be considerate knowing that they are one of few with vegetarian options . But honestly they just can’t get it right .

I went there yesterday evening and they were closed! The young man said it was due to being under staffed, but I feel like they still should have served under some type of capacity. Taco Bell’s franchise is too large for something like this in a high traffic area. Get it together!!
