My first time experience here was so great that I went back the following day and ordered the same meal. The snow crabs were well cooked. The potatoes were a little under cooked but were better the next day. I visited there 3 times within two weeks. The prices are decent and the staff was nice.
Food was good until I noticed the shrimp wasn’t deveined
I got the steamed shrimp platter. The flavor was not there. Season sprinkled on top instead of cooked in. Not my type of seafood.
Food here is really good, and they make the food pretty fast. Had a large order and they got it ready in less that 15 minutes. I recommend this place. Their 20 piece shrimp paired with the fries is the best.
Hi I love their food have been going here since they opened but in the past year their customer service has dropped tremendously. Today I called in my order and arrived well ahead of my 15 min quoted time, I stood quietly right next to the cooler right in front of the counter and watched the young girl I presume with the black shirt and grey sweat pants on go over and talk to the young man that was putting up the frozen food for the evening while peoples orders were coming up. She then proceeds to finally check the orders when a older much pleasurable lady came from the back to assist and advised her to check the orders. She did so with an attitude might I add and called 3 peoples orders after looking at more order multiple times there on the counter but never calling my number. By the time the other lady checks the container this is now the 4 time someone looks at it, it’s no longer hot, the lady calls my number and I expressed to her my concern and the fact the young lady had looked at my order several times and never called the number just so she could go talk with the young man. I also noticed this same young lady having horrible attitude and customer service with customer she did call prior to me. I would advise this restaurant to remove her from the front has it’s not good customer service at all.
On 3/12/22 I saw something that changed my mind about Stevens fine food. I ordered my normal fried jumbo shrimp and asked the lady to make surere the fires were hot this time. The guy gave me my ordered and stated that the fries were hot. I go to my truck sit sown and open my container to start eating my fries and they were cold. As I return inside with the container in hand. I told the guy that the fries were cold after I requested hot fries. The guy takes my container takes it in the back. I saw the cook that my food out of the container placed it with the other friea and puts them in the hot grease. I was so out done at that point. I had been outside with my hands in my food and they mixed my food with food in the back to be served.
This place is consistent with great service and food. There is no other place that knows how to properly boil crawfish. Good eating all the way.
Fresh seafood cooked to your desire. Definitely will return. The whiting fish was delicious ? wasn't a fan of the french fries. I sus them to be GMO because the texture wasn't potato... could be wrong... didn't eat them...fish because it's laying right there for you to pick is allll right ?
Love this place!!! Best seafood in town!! They used to be dine in but due to Covid they went to strictly take out. Completely understandable.
The food is great and the flavor has been consistent and the customer service has been good.
