Never ever ever again. They literally forget my sauces every time I order from them. Incompetent employees. And I’m a star orderer, I don’t get it. I ordered Uber eats for the last time from them today, I asked my Uber driver to pick up my sauces because they forget… the Uber driver tells me the employee gave him ketchup but wouldn’t give him Polynesian because it’s “in the bag” … I knew it was not because it never is! And it literally says it OUTSIDE OF THE BAG!!!! The Uber driver asked me would I like him to open my Bag to check, I went against my better judgement and said no (because who wants someone all in there food?) maaaaaan I’ll be darn he gets there, they STILL left my sauce out!!! So I just got a FULL refund through Uber by telling them my entire order was missing, because I can not enjoy my meal plain and dry with no sauce! Customer service has gon down hill but I never expected chick fil a to become incompetent, useless. I’m done giving this business my money.
Something about this location be on and off. I came to place a order in the drive thru. The customer service is okay and the line is okay but however when it comes to receiving The order, I was told I would have to wait 10 mins for my order and mind you, I saw a bunch of cars having to wait for their order and it doesn’t make any sense of how you make 5 -6 cars wait for their food for longer than 10 mins, other CFA locations I would get my food quick but no I was wrong. I had to go inside the building and let them know about the wait time for my order since it was 10 mins later I will never return to this location again.
Chick fl-a rarely ever disappoints. Got 4 number 1 meals and 7 chicken sandwiches for my family, and the fries and everything was on point. I got quick service, correct order and warm food.
Worst Experience EVER!! I waited 20minutes on a large fry and Large lemonade I will never ever come here ever again. The managers never said ANYTHING To me!! I waited at the front counter just to be ignored! HOWEVER!! Mrs.Ann That Work Day Shift between 12 and 2 She Was Awesome! As Soon As She came from the back and Seen Me She Was On Top Of Everything WITH A SMILE! She Was The ONLY one That Greeted me and also the only one with a smile and Such warmth! Thank you ms.Ann you deserve all the blessings coming your way❤️
Chick Fil A remains my number one spot but the long lines at the drive thru makes me sick.I guess because the food is good,that is why a lot of people go there.Nice place to eat in.Family friendly but don't go there on Sunday because they are closed.
THE WORST Chikfila EVER. They pull me EVERY time over a simple order and have the worst attitudes. Don’t let them pull you because you’ll be waiting 15 minutes for your wrong order + cold fries. Never going back here AGAIN.
The service at this location in our predominantly black community is a disappointment and an embarrassment to the people of Riverdale. The lack of pride in the quality of customer service and good food is unacceptable, and should not be tolerated amongst leadership and their employees. Every Chick-fil-A I've experienced has displayed efforts of achieving customer satisfaction, this particular location always exhibits a level of nonchalance that is exhaustingly overwhelming. Customers are constantly informed of items that cannot be received due to the time of day, yet, I know from past experiences in various locations that those items are in fact available for purchase during any hour. I wish that the staff would take pride in themselves as well as their product, and stop adhering to the stereotypes of "hood service in a hood location". We the people want to support you as well as receive the same customer service we'd receive in "nicer" areas. Together, we can do better.
I’ve been to every Chick-fil-A just about in metro Atlanta and the southside. The service was okay but when I asked for a chicken sandwich instead of chicken biscuit they said they don’t that but 10:30. I asked her since when she was like every Chick-fil-A is different. I said true but everyone gives you the option because I do Chick-fil-A every Saturday morning. She was like well not this one. Poor attitude. Never going back
Ordered thru app for pickup in store to minimize wait in drive thru lines..food was ready once I went inside for pickup. Always double check order before leaving, I almost left w/o any dipping sauce I ordered. Service was fast and staff courteous. I saw a few dine-in patrons at this location as well.
