I ordered a Mac and cheese as a side and they gave me rice that looked like it had been eaten into. I told them and gave it back for them to give me the Mac and cheese. Dude at window acted like he was giving me Mac n cheese then I got home and realized he still gave me that same nasty looking rice. I tried to call but no one answered.
I ordered 3 wildberry beignets. I got 2 apple pies. I would have taken any other dessert besides apple pie. I hate apple pie. I tried to eat it anyway because I wanted something sweet. It had a weird, bitter aftertaste like it was battered in aspirin. I know honest mistakes happen but that's my honest review. I usually go to the one in Lake City. Their beignets are delicious!!?? This was the closest store on UberEats. Drive the extra mile to Jonesboro Rd. Don't go to this Popeye's on 85. The mac n cheese was sorry also. The chicken sandwich is really good though.
Excellent food always. Can't beat that $6 box.Even though there was a long line at thedrive-thru, it moved very quickly.I had a good experience.
The drive thru line was long to say the least, it's lunch time so it's to be expected, yet the drive thru lady was AMAZING, she was extremely nice while moving that drive thru line faster than I thought possible. The food was fresh and my order was CORRECT which let's face it ALWAYS MAKES OUR DAYS.. so thank you to the lady working the drive thru today 2/7/22 at lunch time, you're an amazing soul and I hope everything you touch turns to gold and Popeyes you better give her a raise and keep her.
This Popeyes has to be the worst. Never go there if you’re starving. They were collectively in the window acting as if they were at home being nasty and rude. They gave me the wrong promotion in the drive-through and then when I got around to the window to pay they got upset that I told them the drive-through attendant had said to me the price and promotion. They were so adamant about not honoring what he said with a three dollar difference that I took my $30 order next door. This is the second time I went to Popeyes and had a male acting like he wanted to fight me over a piece of chicken and this is not a bidding war on Highway 85 so I think I will stay away from that violent location with those employees who I don’t think are trained well.
All the Popeye's I've been to in GA. The lines are slow and long. The customer service should be better. I don't go often because of the long lines and slow service.
I stayed I line on Saturday night fir the homestyle Mac and got watery Mac and cheese instead ion know if they were trying to stretch it or something but that was ridiculous, but the 10pc wings and legs only was good but the biscuits were hard and not hot
The fried chicken and Mac and cheese was delicious. I went inside to get the food as the drive thru line was long and they were really quick and friendly inside and I beat the long line.
It was good today Must have some new employee's... Hot quick & my order was right tonight.. Thanjs
The fact that the manager name Barbara was rude and give me biscuits with my order plus the fried they gave me were cold no ma'am this is why this location always get a bad reputation.
