The service was great and the food was good. I went there because the pizza hut I went to before them would not change my order. But I'm glad that I went there.
Every time I order they always get something wrong . Today I ordered online they lady gave me my pizza and wings and forgot my drink waited 5 mins no one attended me drove up to the door it was locked drove back to drive thru had to honk because I just waisted over 15 mins just asked for my money back . They should get people who actually wanna work and have better manners I mean they just stand around and do nothing and still give customers attitude smh
The food tastes good and is always hot, so that’s good. I placed a delivery order online. Ordered one $12 pizza and $7 cinnamon rolls. My online total was $21(they called and said they weren’t doing deliveries at that time (3pm), so I went on my break to get it). For some magical reason, when I got to the store to retrieve my food, my total was $27 and the receipt doesnt show the price of each item. I mentioned it to the cashier but she couldnt explain to me why I was paying so much. I don’t know what weird or unethical thing was done but I don’t appreciate it.
Manager was Closing but they Did Have my Order Just forgot my BBQ Sauce for my Boneless Wings but she Did Give me Extra Blue Cheese and Garlic Sauce I was Happy
Customer Service was absolutely spot on and Food came out fresh! I thoroughly appreciated Ms. Sarah's pleasant customer service as she served us through the drive through; it was rather refreshing. Thank you so much, we will definitely order here again.
Please train staff to be more professional in the work setting. The cashier that checked our order was extremely rude & lacked any form of professionalism. It was horrible to the point that we just walked away to avoid conflict due to her mood, tone, & gestures.
Paid for extra pepperoni and there was exactly 17 pieces on the whole pizza. Extra cheese was added but no happy with a huge pizza and no meat. I would rather pay more and get what I pay for than be cheated.
I'll never order a pizza from this location ever again. I ordered a pizza from this location which is 3 miles away from my house. It said on their delivery tracker delivery time 45-55 minutes. Over an hour an fifteen minutes later the food still hadn't arrived. I called the store and told them I was wondering where my pizza was at and the employee hung up on me. From now on I'm giving all of my business to your pie since they have better customer service.
This Pizza Hut is the lowest quality pizza you could possibly buy. I've ordered from them on three seperate occasions and every single time they have had terrible service. Absolutely terrible. Had a party a few weeks ago, ordered 6 pizzas and they were all burnt and dry. Then today, i order a dinner box and the chicken is missing so my friend calls the store to inform the manager and she catches a whole attitude claiming they're short staffed and hangs up the phone in her face. Completely unprofessional and not worth the dice roll. Get a frozen dinner instead. And its a shame because I really like every other Pizza Hut I've been to. Disappointing.
