I’m not sure who does the hiring for delivery drivers but I really hope they do better. Placed an order online through my account as I have in the past no biggie. Wake up to a phone call from the delivery driver yelling at me saying I didn’t give correct information and my complex has no signs (which it does) I attempted to explain I input all of my info online & I haven’t had an issue in the past. He continues to go on and on, so at this point I don’t want him to know where I live because I’m already shaken up. So I call the store to make sure he is an employee and not some 3rd party deliverer, and as I’m coming outside he gets out his truck yelling is that you ?! Is that you ?! I didn’t want the girl on the phone to hang up because I was so uncomfortable, mind you I am 8 months pregnant with little kids in the house while my husband is at work or I would have sent him down. The girl on the phone put me on hold and never came back so I called corporate. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut to deliver to my home again. I’m still shaken because he has my number and address.He made me very uncomfortable.
I've been waiting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes to pick up my order. Already waited 20 minutes to place my order. The person taking my order didn't have menus and expected me to know what I wanted. This place needs to be shut down. What kind of business is this. No respect for customers time. If you want a pizza buy one from kroger and put it in the oven. Save your time. They don't deserve your hard earned money.
I have made a order and change my mind and wanted something else. They told me that they couldn't change my order ,so I got my money back and went to another pizza hut that gave me a way better service.
Been awhile since I had pizza hut, got a pepperoni and chicken pizza. Good. No complaints. Customer service is good.
Bought 2 personal pan pizzas only to discover much later that they were out of personal pizzas. Had already paid when they gave me 2 mediums instead. Was not in the mood for that much pizza. Restaurants need to make customers aware what food items are out of stock. That's good customer service.
I placed a order at 9:59pm received a email confirmation, then I receive a call from destiny telling me they don’t have a delivery driver I have to come pick up my order. Why are accepting orders for delivery if you don’t have a driver! Obviously I ordered delivery because I am unable to pick up the order. Then she claimed she is refunding the order in 3-5 business days and can’t send me a confirmation email! This is extremely unprofessional!
I have been unimpressed with my last 3 delivery orders. My orders seem to be of much unexpected liking. I've not complained or made a big deal about it. But at this point enough is enough. When I make a purchase I expect to get exactly what I order not what PIZZA HUT feel like they want me to have. You don't just make something in your way and just deliver it as if it's OK. This supreme is just not that at all. Not sure if you were lacking toppings or what but it could've been said upon ordering. Bell peppers and overcooked mushrooms. Seriously. I must say I'm a unhappy customer and had been upon my last few orders. Whether something is left, not made right, overcooked or you just send whatever. And yet charged the same price. Not cool at all.
Ordered from them at 9:50 and went to pick up at 10:45 and they closed before 11 pm. If they closed early or don't close at 11 pm why wouldn't they call or send an email or notification from pizza hut app to ensure that I didn't come to pick up for no reason.
The food was fresh and hot. The order was correct. And the staff has always been very friendly and professional.
Can't go wrong with Pizza Hut HOT delicious pizza.?
