Made an online order for delivery. After waiting 1hr 40min I decided to drive to the Location because no one was answering the phone at the Location and my order status was showing backing for at least and hour. When I got to the pizza was ready and just sitting there. The pizza was just warm with very few options available at the time I decided to take the pizzas. The manager offered no apologies or anything the lack of service.
I really hate leaving a bad review but this was my first time coming here and I wanted to try them since Shaq been working with the company.I ordered a salami large pizza on their app. In a few minutes I get a confirmation my order is ready. It takes me about 10mins to get there and the lady says my order is in the oven and it will be 5 mins. I come back in 10mins and after being skipped by a rude customer the lady hands me a box. I opened it up and it looks like regular cheese pizza but I read the outside sticker and it says salami. Anyway I get home and notice a piece of glove on my pizza. Not a HUGE deal but when I look closer at the pizza was just cheese.There's more I can complain about but to be honest I will just go to Domino's up on 85. It's very rare they ever miss up my order.Whoever the franchise owner is you need to make sure your team is doing their job right. I'm a quiet customer and will not make a huge fuss but I will leave a long review.
Yes I’m not from here so let me start off saying that I placed order at 8:38 and it was ready within 18 mins but I spend damn near hour and 30 mins trying to find the location and the only thing the GM SAYS “ in front of ihop and marthon that’s all the directions I can give you “ and the online refund could or could not been sent to you “ and this is the GM Manger .
Our order was wrong. We spoke with Paul the manager and he made sure we were satisfied. He was very professional and understanding.
Great pizza! 4 stars only because you can not get deals unless you call the call center or order online (you can only pay card, there is no cash option to pay at the store). The food was cooked fast and it was good so worth the small hassle!
They wouldn't give me my wings or my money back because it wasn't in their system even though the transaction was completed and I had proof. They ultimately said that I would have to dispute the transaction refusing to refund me or give me my order. This would be the second time that they have robbed me of food. I will not ever go back and this is why they have such bad reviews as they have no customer service. This is literally theft taking money and refusing service and food. I think that lawmakers should have a way to hold them accountable for this. This was not my mistake or fault they could have gave me the food until the transaction was showing or done something for me as their customer as had anything happened or went wrong I would have definitely made sure it was fixed but I know that it cleared this was their system error as when I was placing the order it was taking forever to even process the transaction to begin with. The pizza was not that great either. ??
It was a good visit. The only thing that sucked was that I said two of the same pizza and the guy didn't hear me. The price didn't really register but thought that there was a special going on. Partially my fault for not saying all the pizzas separately and not getting the receipt. The gentlemen really didn't seem to like being there. Also are they supposed to use gloves when making pizzas. I think he washed his hands after touching the register and sneezing into his shoulder. I know I should of said something while there but it didn't help that we all was hungry and already waited all morning to eat.
Like why am I paying for items and not receiving them!? This has happened with EVERY order at this location. Don't give me what you want me to have! Give me what I paid for! It's as simple as that!
The ingredients taste different from other papa johns locations. The pizza tasted horrible. Always go to a locations with 3.5 stars or higher.
My pizza was ordered as a thin crisp crust w/ sausage, Canadian bacon mushrooms anchovies and extra cheese. I wish I could post a picture of this sad pizza...
