The food is freshly made. We did drive thru. It took all of maybe 5 mins. The servers are polite and professional. Elizabeth B is at the drive thru window taking orders. She's a class act. I would give them a 10 if possible. Excellent job Panda Express!!The only draw back is that some of the menu items are not available on certain days.
I usually don’t even get reviews but this location is definitely a 1/5 star. My food was incorrect after I sat in like for about 20 minutes. Got to the window & my order was still incorrect. Told the young lady what I ordered. Received my food & checked my plate as I was trying to hurry and get home after working all day. Food was still incorrect. Tried to call the location to notify the manager and possibly get the correct order. No one picked up the phone. I will never return to this location again. Highly disappointed. This occurred on 4/18/2022 at about 8:30 PM.
My family and I have been frequenting this restaurant for a long time and it has always been a good experience eating here only these last two times I realized that they have started to serve less food compared to what they served before hopefully they will not ruin it and so we can keep enjoying the food

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The employees are rude. Me and my friend literally went to this panda express on 2 occasions, back to back. Both times there was no LINE!! Took forever for service and the food wasn't fresh. However, we did arrive an hour before closing, so that was understandable. The second time was friday (2/18/2022). The service was once again HORRIBLE. No one was in line, the employees were just talking over our food. One employee urged for the young lady to finish the order, However she continued to move slowly as the food was losing temp. If I could give NO STARS I would. I will never go to this location again. I honestly don't see how this location has a 4.0 review. The restaurant is dirty and the employees are rude.AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE FOOD PORTIONS. Waste of MONEY!!! The only nice employee is the older short lady. I will never come to this location again. i literally live 7 minutes away but will travel 20 minutes to the camp creek or morrow location.
Rude rude rude. Please get staff that isn't pushy and rush you thru the drive thru when you can't understand what she is saying. My order would've been way bigger until she did what she did. I'll just pass this place. I can't. Small portions and over priced and rude. Order was all wrong at the end on top of all of the bs. Still mad about it.
Consistently good service and food, but they have been out of multiple dishes (Kung Pao Chicken, Honey Sesame Chicken, Beijing Beef) within the past week or so.
We stopped by to geta quick bite to eat. Food was good and great customer service.

Didn't see why my aunt said it was so great. I bought a plate and didn't enjoy it. Not interested in eating there again.
