Hit or miss! It really truly depends on the TIME of day you go. The line is always backed up so I somewhat avoid and go to another location. But their food is good when I do go, just not often. ONLY THING DO NOT TO A MOBILE ORDER FOR CURBSIDE they will have you waiting. Drive thru pick up if the line isnt long. if not, wait. or youll be waiting there...for a while...i had to go to the drive thru line to let them know how long id been waiting for my curbside and was met with attitude. they lied and said they came out so just be weary!

McDonald's worst service they always take time they never have anything. and they make you wait.

DISREGARD THE ONE STAR! THIS IS AN ZERO-STAR REVIEW! So yesterday, my mama went to this Mcdonald's to get some food. At first, I asked for a large Caramel Frappe and y'all already know they said “ OuR mAcHiNe iS dOwN” okay, cool I told my mom to get me 2 apple pies instead. So boom, she gets home and gives me the pies. Look at the receipt and you can see it says “ 2 apple pies”...tell me why there was only ONE apple pie and the other was strawberry cream pie. I'm not really trippin about that ( because they probably ran out of Apple pies or something) it's the fact that the strawberry cream pie WAS ALREADY BITE INTO! Like, we in a whole pandemic why y'all bitting into folks food? And have the nerve to put it in an apple pie box. -100/10 I don't recommend!

I’ve ordered from this place a quite a few times, online and in the drive thru. Staff working drive thru windows are rude and not enthusiastic at all, lacking serious customer service, as if they don’t want to be there. And so far my three online orders have been missing frappes. However no one went over the order with my driver (which clearly states what the order consists of on the label), or let them know they couldn’t give the frappe for whatever reason (machine broken). Called the restaurant multiple times, nobody answered, so I had to call Grubhub to let them know items were missing and they gave me a refund. This restaurant definitely needs to review customer service with their employees and get their machines fixed. Certainly won’t be ordering from this McDonald’s for a while.

I said no Tatar and Fresh please.. I guess they were being petty as hell.!!

This place is the worst! They had me wait 3 hours for a cancelled order! My kids and I had to find food elsewhere and its just ridiculous! I went through 4 DoorDash drivers and then they wouldn’t pick up the phone!

Consistently slow. Drive thru designed so cars can't leave after sitting up to an hour. This happens all day long, everyday.

I frequent this superb restaurant many times since I enjoy the special air that is part of this restaurant. The team is exceptionally attentive and well trained. The service is absolutely rapid. Most important, the food they prepare is exceptionaly good. I ate there more than once and I was always satisfied. The payment is decent. I highly suggest this place to to all.

I did a mobile order on Feb 6 2022 at 8:40 pm still haven't received my order I attempted to contact the restaurant but of course no 1 answer to advise them I haven't received my order I understand everyone is short staff but communication is very important to the consumer.

I had rewards here for a caramel frappe! I never got my frappe. Nor my rewards back. I ordered my frappe, a lady that worked in the back, she wasn’t even a manager, told me I didn’t order anything having a receipt. She still said I didn’t order anything after showing her the receipt. I liked this McDonald’s until this day. I will never go back.
