Around 10:15 PM, I paid for an order via app for $13.26. I requested curbside assistance. I waited in Lot #4. As I was waiting, I saw the light for the McDonald's sign gets turned off. I had already waited for at least 5 minutes. I go up to the door to find out what was going on. There was a guy, in a SUV, hollered out they were closed. I told him, that I paid for an order. He told me that they didn't receive the order because their mobile order is off and he told me call a 1-800 number to be transferred to another store to get my food. By that time all of the stores were closing. Bottom line, y'all still took my and I never received any food. That's very fraudulent on y'all part.
I arrived at this location to pick up a Door Dash, and after sitting in a very slow moving long line 30 minutes, I finally reach the speaker and the employee tells me we're closed (answering my question to, why the car in front of me would pill off after such a long wait). It was only 9pm, I never....seen such a thing, nor would return to this place EVER!!!
The drive thru line was long. When I pulled up to the window to pay they young lady read my order wrong. I corrected her she said ok. Took my payment. I almost didn't look at my receipt, but when I did she charged for someone else's meal... Ummm nah not cool when all I ordered was a a happy meal and you charged me for someone else's meal which was a big Mac meal, chicken nuggets and some other items. So when I pulled up to the 2nd window. I let the youngman know I was charged for someone else's meal. He took my receipt and took care of the refund and gave me my food and apologized. I told him no worries I see that they are very busy.
if Nasty Attitude had a home this would be it! Whew, they make you feel guilty for being a customer. it's like im paying you my money for you to turn around and show me that I'm a burden to you or that I'm getting on your nerve. why give out old food and wrong orders if it upsets you so when its returned? customer service is at its bare minimum.
Literally ordered a mcchicken meal , they put cheese on the mcchicken? Since when does it come w cheese.
I can’t believe I’m about to say this, but after my experience this morning in the drive thru, this is THE BEST fast food restaurant in Riverdale. Even better than that so called Chick-fil-A down the street from them. One lane was closed this morning and the line went out to the street. After they opened the second lane, Let me just say that they took care of those of us that had been sitting there first. I appreciate y’all looking out and my McGriddle was fresh and oh so tasty! The wait wasn’t bad either.
I chose to go in rather than waiting the double lanes of cars. But it is nice that there are double lanes. Inside service was very slow with several waiting for their food. This was a disappointment because of the wait and I would not go back again if it appears at all crowded. Unfortunately, I have had this disappointment at other McDonalds. Just not what they used to be. Maybe the virus is partly to blame.
This is the worst McDonalds, drive thru is slow, have to repeat order twice because they can't seem to understand, cashier was rude! Then they ask you to move up to wait...I had to wait 10 minutes, food was cold by the time I received, my goodness, what a mess.
Lines in the morning are insane, they take 3 minutes per car to take an order. Only 1 lane is OPEN. After you order and get to the window, the car that was in front of you is gone. So basically they take an order, make it, give it to you, then take the next order. We have to get to work, they need to staff in the mornings that can keep the line moving, and both lanes open!!!
Didn't even get a chance to order the drive thru was wrapped around the corner, went inside and the wait was agonizing so I left. Really wanted that coffee ?
