The night shift manager with the gap in her mouth is awful. Terrible attitude that is passed down to employees. You will wait and wait even more. She should not be in a leadership position with a ground level mentality. I'll starve before returning to that location.
This location is horrible with customer service and their food quality has went down. If you’re in Clayton county and want krystal just go to the one in morrow on Jonesboro rd! I order a original scrambler bowl. They gave me very small of grits. It was enough for a small child! Management needs to retrain their staff for better customer service skills and presentation on their food!!!
I don’t know of any words that will truly and adequately describe the awful encounter I experienced while patronizing this location. There was no professionalism, customer service, or courtesy displayed by the employees this morning. I ordered 2 bowls of grits, one with shredded cheese and 4 side orders of bacon. In the bag, the separate order of plain grits was packaged separately and the cheese grits were put in a tray with the bacon, however, the cheese grits were topped with eggs. The bag was handed to me sideways by the staff member and neither containers in the bag were closed, therefore, the bag was filled with hot grits that spilled out. I nicely asked for my order to be corrected, since I do not eat eggs, have an allergy to eggs, and frankly did not order eggs. The eggs were also on top of the bacon, but I just asked for a bowl of cheese grits instead of asking for everything else to be made over (could give the eggs and grits to my daughter my daughter). I was given a bowl of plain grits instead of cheese grits and one of the staff members had the unmitigated gall to close the drive through window on me after I asked for my order to be corrected via a refund since my order was not correct after my attempts at a compromise of just a bowl of cheese grits. I waited about 3-5 minutes for someone to come back to the window while the employee who closed the window on me stood at the register pretending to ignore me while saying vulgarities about me to the other staff….as if I was in the wrong. It took a great deal of restraint on my part to drive away after one staff member told me I should receive a refund in 24 hours but there’s no proof he could provide me of a refund and said that I should come back tomorrow if I don’t receive the refund. I’m upset and this is unacceptable.
Normally, I like this Krystal, but not today. I arrived at 10:35. Evidently it was food change time from breakfast to lunch. Only selected food items were available without a wait. 8-10 minute wait for a burger because the grill was not on. I was disappointed with this visit and left without ordering. Moved on to another spot.
Placed a pickup order through their substandard app. When I arrived I found out they were unable to fulfill my order as requested. They didn’t even have any way to the let me know because the tablets were pulled from the restaurant.
I rarely come to this location, simply because, the service here is never intended to bring you back. Today I went, as the speaker in the drive thru came on, music was playing louder than she was speaking. She seemed irritable the entire time and quickly closed the window after giving me my food, and proceeding to pick up her phone. She had an attitude as I was trying to get her attention to get some more condiments (frowning her face up and rolling her eyes). This place is always a disappointment through service….sad, just sad!
My family tried to order inside and were told to go through the drive thru because it was “shift change.” A family of 6, all with special orders. You had customers in the building?!?! We drove on. This establishment is not to be trusted to make your food!
Morning drive thru worker on 12-22-21Very nasty attitude. I wasn't able to get her name. Needs training on professionalism when working at the drive thru.This has happen twice at this location.
Bathroom nasty....Manager looking defeated because they literally are out of almost everything. This Krystal's is basically operating at 50% One a positive note...the manager was nice despite the position she was in. When I was younger Krystal's was the spot to be but what it has been reduced to now....smh...I think it's time to close down.
They usually get at least one thing wrong or have attitudes but today was extra. We ordered food and had to go inside to avoid waiting in the line to get it fixed. After listening to what was wrong, they made the food again, which fixed the first problem but they ended up messing up the food ianother way which made us not even want food anymore
