Krispy Kreme in Riverdale, GA is the worst with having professional customer service. I went to this location and proceeded in the drive thru. At that time it was 9:50 pm and out of nowhere I heard a loud voice saying ma'am we're closed. A lady that works there standing in the drive-thru turning customers away. I asked "what time you close?". She says 10 pm and I look at the time it was 9:50 pm. I told her it is 10 minutes left before closing. She had the audacity to say "by the time you get to the window it will be 10 pm". I wasn't going to argue with an ignorant person, so I got out my car and took a picture of the contact info on the store's door. She walks over where I was and asked what I was doing. I told her getting the information to contact your corporate office. I've called the corporate office twice and reported to a Representative, no one in leadership has yet to call me back. Also, previously I visited this location and an employee had the audacity to say they turn off the hot sign because everybody will see it's on and start coming. She told me that because I asked when will the hot doughnuts be ready. At that time hot doughnuts were available, because I had received some. I've decided to leave a review here so others can see the bad experiences. Never will I visit this place again and I love their doughnuts but they will not get my business again with unprofessional employees working there. It's sad some people want a paycheck, but don't want to work for it. And does not know how to be professional with world class customer service.
Very unprofessional way to tell someone you guys are closed. First we ordered in the drive thru , whoever claimed they couldn’t hear us order told us to pull up and order at the window. We get to the window just for someone to yell out “we’re closed” then proceeded to block off the window and completely ignore us, mind you there’s an entire line wrapped around the store . It’s a way you do things and that was not how you handle it AT ALL WHATSOEVER, looked like a bunch of teens running a store because if there was a manager on duty I would hope that’s not how you handle things.
A total nightmare when I visited. I had a Free dozen glazed donut coupon. I waited in this mad crazy long line. Ppl drive up ppl drive off. As we get closer to the speaker cars in ahead speak then take off.When I reached the speaker I'm greeted with "we don't have glazed donuts. I asked could I substitute since they had no glazed. Yes?! Great! Everything I ordered, she would say, oh we don't have that, oh I'm sorry we don't have that either. We'll he'll, just shut down and go home. I don't think I want to go back. I'm going to Stockbridge.
The napkin/sugar/half&half/sugar substitute counter was very bare no napkins at all...I have pictures...The bathroom was very gross..no hand soap and the hand soap dispenser looks broken. I ordered a dozen Chocolate frosted cream filled and got them home 60 miles away and found they were custard filled. You got to have your team do better...Thank Ypu
They never have the specialty donuts. What's the point of seeing the ads about it if my local location doesn't even have it?

This location is supposed to be open 24 hours Sat-Sun at the drive-thru. I have driven up to this location both times to find it closed. Tried to call and get clarity, and got no answer. The donuts are great, just couldn't get any.
Staff dawdles while there are no donuts. You're a donut shop. You have one job. Make donuts. We drove 30 minutes out here to get their St. Patrick's Day dozen. They have been emailing us every day about this special. We get there 3 hours before the lobby closes and they have NO St. Patrick's day donuts and barely anything else. The donut case was a mess. We asked if they would be making any more donuts and they said no. Their drive-thru is open 24/7---what are they going to be doing the rest of the day if they're not making donuts?
I made online order. It says it would be ready by 10:10 I arrive at 10:15 and my order was not ready. So I had to wait finally ended up getting my donuts at 10:38 and did not get what I ordered I received 1 dozen glazed and did not receive the other mixed dozen correct. It was supposed to be 6 caramel Twix filled doughnut and 6 caramel cookie original filled. But As shown in picture you can see I did not receive that. Every time I go to this location there is always an issue with my order. This is my last time coming here. Don’t waste your time. I would suggest if You go here just walk in and order your donuts. Thats the only way you might receive quick service. After I arrived they continue to take care of guest walking in telling me they would eventually get my order. I did receive a hot chocolate for my wait
Not sure what is happening lately, but we waited 30 minutes for a dozen donuts from the drive thru, but never made it to the window. Speed has definitely not been a priority the past several times we visited, but today was really slow. Hope they get back to the usual level of service we have come to expect over the years.
