The Worst ever ever ever!! ordered . just a bowl of dried cabbage, Not to mention the water like Tea with a hint of Sugar. I return .. wait in the same drive thru for 10 minutes.was told to come inside.. biggest mistake ever. while waiting to what get my money back.. I notice the guy cooking chicken in the back. I noticed because he had. NO gloves and he was all in his hair..so much so that I could seek the chicken flour in his hair. Then he took the chicken an placed it in the servers I was threw. Told the Manager.. requested my money back.. he told me no Refunds..That I could only get more Chicken. other Customer s were there. ..another customer actually saw the flour in his hair. He Left. long story short.. this KFC is Horrible !!!
This the one on Highway 85 ordered a 3 piece got 2 pieces not only that the chicken look like regular cooked chicken then they had the nerve to be rushing you cooperate needs to fix this no i didn’t take it back I put it in the trash if i wanted homemade chicken I would have cooked my self had to give a star to post this they don’t deserve not one
2nd time at this location and I was impressed. The (new?) manager was really efficient and set on making a difference with improving the customer service and production. She may have seemed stern, but definitely made a huge, positive difference. I wanted to commend her and the staff on their drive & hard work. I wish she could train other locations & stores to aim for excellence. Every job deserves attentive detail. Looking forward to returning to, & recommending the location.
Okay on the last time I told you I got to get afternoon then I don't eat meat but hey I tried that chicken wings they're very spicy and they said a level of spice and I had their fries I had the chicken pot pie with the cookie and the French fries the mashed potatoes and etc it is always fresh to me I never want to take anything that's not fresh my dog justice system is not well with food that's been sitting not too long but it was good guys you got to go check it out and make sure that when you're eating and you're paying for these things be blessed not stressed have a good day

I am elated to congratulate, as many are eager to complain.I only eat KFC because it reminds me of my grandparents when I’m thinking about home! I mean—who wouldn’t rather eat than cry, even if the tears are of happy memories?And that’s why I’m leaving this review. People are so quick to complain, but slow to give thanks!! These thanks are to Miss V!!! She keeps the chicken hot and the staff on point. They get you in and out so smooth like—We got You, boo!With her around, the workers always keep a fresh smile and genuine service— day or night. She don’t play, and they makes their wrongs right with no hassle.Everybody looks clean, smells good, and keeps the dining area neat and tidy.My name is Javoski and no I don’t know anyone that works there or any other KFC, for that matter!! Honestly, I prefer not to eat out because I was raised on a home cooked meal at home, and at my great grandparent’s restaurant, every day. I've never written a review in my life but can tell you from this one visit after 63 years was the worst experience in any food establishment ever nothing was right our order was wrong my change was wrong the attitude of the staff were apathetic at best.This was my second visit to this branch or franchise in the last month both of them were awful there will not be a third
They were backed up for the evening and did not notify us until after we paid. We waited for a literal 45 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and some tenders. Several disgruntled customers approached the drive through window for an explanation for the extreme wait, and the manager emphatically said “she’s not killing herself for no chicken” which is understandable, but you could have given us a choice to order and wait, or leave. Zero stars.
I didn’t receive my receipt, they didn’t have white meat chicken, I ordered an 8 piece & only received 7 pieces of chicken. I was supposed to have Mac & cheese & mashed potatoes but they gave me coleslaw instead of Mac & cheese. The mashed potatoes weren’t even full it was like they scraped the last of them in a bowl. there was no napkins or utensils or condiments in the bag. Worse KFC experience ever.
People complain about the food is to salty and portions to small etc... but fail to realize the food is already pre-made and portions follow a guideline. If they could they probably make their own seasonings and double triple scoop for us but they to follow a guideline. I think the food is great and portions are great for fat America. I mess with kfc small portions, good chicken.
