Everything was fresh & hot! Ordered the 2x2x2, the homefried potatoes & because I signed up for their new reward program, I was able to get a full stack of pancakes for free using the coins from the rewards program. I love freebies so I will definitely be patronizing more often!

The waiter was very young teenager but very nice and attentive. I ate half of my food but I got terribly nauseated and had to quickly excuse myself from the table. I threw up everything. Don't know if it was the food or the water. I had over medium eggs and steak with hash brown.

Called order in on my way to work chicken was burnt and hard. cheese had melted and harden back up. the southwest chicken bowl had half sizes of avocado mixed in. the middle of the bowl was still cold. Called back about the chicken the lady said to come back went back for the second time she then asked for the sandwich back. it would of took a total of four trips to IHOP to get my order right. FOOD SUCKS AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE THE SMELL IS EVEN WORSE WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR
Love IHOP. Clean environment. Good service. Omelettes are huge and delicious. You won't leave hungry. The burgers are fat and yummy. Fairly priced. Great for the kids too. We visit a couple of times a month.
Rude employees who barely answer the phone. I called the restaurant 4 times to get someone to change my order.. but I was told my order was already made. If I spend my money at an establishment it should not matter if it is already made give me what I want! How do these people still have a job when they’re to lazy to give customers what they ask for? I will definitely be calling corporate..
I went to this location during a stormy day for lunch. The waiter was good but I did not get what I wanted. I wanted a pancake combo with strawberries and bananas, but was offered a platter and separate all you can eat pancakes because it was cheaper. I agreed to it but I didn't get the fruit that I wanted. I also noticed that the same waiter did the same offer to someone else who wanted to get specialty pancakes. I understand upselling but he was actually down selling. Hopefully the waiter DJ will get it right.
Enjoying Sitting down with family before leaving the ATL. Other places was only taking take out orders. The service was great food was good. Thanks goes to IHOP
