Not ashamed to admit, I’m a bit of a DD connoisseur. I’ve know the location of and have tried every DD in the Atlanta area, I have no doubt. Though almost every other chain located in Riverdale falls at the bottom of their corporate list, this DD breaks all the rules. Mostly friendly AND always consistent with your drink. Its one of the few DD where you get what you expect and get it the same every time. They are also the ONLY DD in GA and surrounding states to get the apple fritter right. Keep up the good work!
I thought this place had turned everything around when they replaced the whole staff. Everything is back to the way it was. I bring my family to go get coffee and munchkins and the front door is locked although the girl behind the counter was having a really intense conversation with a customer (must have been a friend) I wave inside as to question why the door is locked. Both ladies just looked at the four of us and went back to their conversation. I continue to travel to the Fayetteville location. Never had an issue there.
And still no sugar.You had one job SMH Our whole order was wrong.But I just wanna know How do you make three coffees wrong with the labels on the side of em???WONDERFUL ??♀️
Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants that taste like dirty dish water. The coffee tasted like plain hot water that looked like coffee. Tried calling the location on 85-Riverdale,GA where I purchased and no one will answer the phone to speak with management. I’ll never patronize this place again. I’m so upset right now this place doesn’t even deserve a one star.
I’m a frequent guest at this location but after this visit I will never return. The lady who checked me out racially profiled me and me very uncomfortable. I believe because the card I have she assumed it was not mine when should could of asked for my ID w/ the card which would have been fine rather than insisting my card declined because it was me using the type of card. I have the app notification that tells me when transactions go through, once I told her my phone just told me it went she gave me the stalest blank nastiest stare I’ve ever experienced. Very uncomfortable. She then hands me receipt and card with no words. Just taste less
Always have good customer service I skipped other ones to go here they have always got my things right .I even let them make my coffee and they get it right not like other I have to do it myself keep up the good job
Love this Dunkin. I’m from Florida. I’m Working in the area for a few weeks. Dunkin’ s where I’m from do not Have great service like this. Also love the live gospel street corner preacher.
Service with a smile ? as always ?. This Dunkin in Riverdale has always been my favorite. Friendly staff, clean & well maintained. The store was recently remodeled & looks amazing inside ?. They still take care of their military and 1st responders. I go there for the robust coffee to pick me up. I'd recomend this store for it' willingness to put the customer 1st.
Sweet service! We ordered online and were given a couple wrong donuts. The worker gave us the right donuts plus an extra one for free. Yummy coffee too!
