Absolutely horrible. I ordered a large meatzza carryout for me and my kids. Not only was there a hair in our food, but a DEAD spider in the box with our food i will be reporting this to health inspections and corporate. Second the profanity that was used in that establishment is just disrespectful. A lack of restraint in front of children is non existent. Is this really what the domino's corporation represents.
Domino's Pizza Riverdale GALocated on old 85.Convenient location. Prominent business as you are driving on the main road. Nice signage and plenty of parking.Polite and friendly staff. Quick and prompt service.Dominos also carries one of the best quick service pizzas among all the pizza chains. A lot of technology like app, pizza tracker, reviews, saving favorite pizza from the menu, favorite stores, coupons, and many more are added advantages.
This store has to do a better job when it comes to delivery. I had placed my order at 2:00pm and my order arrived over an hour late. I had called the location to ask if my order was out for delivery and all they stated was that they only had one delivery driver. While I do understand that we are going through times, I do believe the professional thing to do would be to let customers know ahead of time if there is a delivery delay so that other arrangements can be made. I will not be doing delivery with this particular store location and do not advise others to do the same.

Ordered online delivery. Manager called and said delivery was 2hrs behind and i could do carry out. I would receive a free item. I agree. I arrive to the store and its a Bunch of kids working here. Manager included. No structure. Not one employee had masks or gloves while handling food or money. And cashier kept walking away from register. One of the cooks hand to hand me my food cause she wasn't to be found. And top it off they still messed up my order. They should just close this down. Waste of my time and money.
It's ok. They don't handle pressure well. So just make sure to check all your items before you leave. Especially if they are busy. I ordered. Came to pick up and had to wait an additional ten minutes to even be greeted. Then 5 to receive it. After checking my order it was incorrect and had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to replace what was missing. So by now the food is cold that I previously ordered. Because I paid online I was told they couldn't give me any discounts. They offered a free pizza but I already had 5 so yeah just check your food!
I can’t speak for everyday but I am certain that this dominos makes their pizza with no gloves so we the public don’t know if they wash their hands or if their finger nails are dirty or will come off in our food. I will no longer eat here in my brain that’s unsanitary!
The store on 6455 Ga 85,Riverdale use to be my favorite store until 01/23/2021,I went there today and ordered 2 large chicken pizzas,the lady asked for my name and i told her,she charged me $17 and some change the lady told me 15 minutes, I went after 15 minutes and someone already got a food i paid for that was prepared in my presence.The lady told me they will have to make me another order so i requested for my refund,there wasn’t any sign of remorse for their silly customer service, I will never go back to this store again and i hope my money gets refunded back to my account within 72 hours as told.
If I could give this place a zero I would. The guy at the register had the most disgusting attitude to be on the clock getting paid and dealing with customers. His behavior was so unprofessional for him to be the very first person you have to talk to. the other employees were not rude like him. I wish I had recorded the whole thing. I'll starve before I step foot back inside that dump especially with the aggressively agitated unprofessional cashier working there.
My absolute favorite pizza place! I love the Domino's deals... makes for a delicious movie night???
