Although they were short staffed the young lady working on the evening of July 18, 2022 had a positive attitude, smiled and after giving us our order said have a wonderful evening.Customer service is extremely important. She didn't appear to be stressed although she may have been. From what l saw there were only 2 people working last night.Great hirer Del Taco and l honestly hate l can't remember her name.
[Yesterday(7/10/22) Went there at 12:49/Order 93.] The accuracy of my order was 50% correct. Order: 3 Hard Shell Del Tacos, 3 Hard Shell Grilled Chicken Tacos w/ no secret sauce, Loaded Steak Nachos w/ no beans and add Cheddar, 1 3pc Tender meal w/ a fruit punch. Received 6 Del Tacos- 3 w/ no tomatoes, which I assume, was the chicken tacos(never received)- and 1 extra 3pc Tender meal- that I DID NOT ask for and was charged for. Didn't get ANY Condiments but had the audacity to charge me for an extra sauce.... The loaded Nachos were made perfectly. I was way too tired to turn around and get a partial refund. So yeah. I understand the staff shortage, but it only takes ONE person to read the ticket and communicate effectively.
There was an employee walking around outside taking orders with a gun on his hip (very sketchy) then when I acknowledged it he says that he is licensed to carry. I was stuck in the drive thru and he didn't even put my order in. So after waiting 30 minutes in line, I get to the window and they have no order for me, and he say because he thought I said I was Leaving, knowing I'm stuck in like. Completely unpleasant and unprofessional
They need to be shut down whole staff fired! Ordered via doordash several times everytime my order is wrong they lie I order large milkshakes they bring us small ones or none at all stealing our money! I ordered chicken and guacamole burrito and never any guacamole on it at all when thats the name of the item! This last order they put extremely burnt black steak meat on the nachos and burrito I will never order from them again. Other times the food is cold or my large burrito is the size of a taco! Ordered a burger and the hamburger buns are stale every time!
I was very upset at the amount of time it took to prepare our order. 15 minutes in line with 2 cars in front of us. After the wait, we check the order and its wrong... fortunately the lady working inside made things right but the vibe was shot at that point
U know what? They're much better than taco bell. The beef taste like beef and not beef mush. This location has good service.
They seem to be doing right. don't have a problem with this location. Now I stayed in drive-thru a bit longer than appreciated but I think that this might be just a sign of the times
Order was taken pretty quickly. The young man was pleasant while taking the order. However, it took an excessive amount of time for them to complete the car ahead of me. When I, finally, got to the window there was no acknowledgement of the longer than 5 minute wait time. My food was barely lukewarm and my change was $3 worth of quarters. I guess my expression gave away my thoughts as the young man returned to the window and offered an explanation that they had no singles. No napkins were in the bag or offered.
I am so excited, that’s there is a Del Taco in Georgia. Well this is 1 of 2 in a close proximity to one another. As I am used to seeing this in Los Angeles, it’s nice for some familiarity in a new state. The drive from Midtown Atlanta was well worth it, people complained about the drive thru however I am used to In-N-Out and this is nothing.It’s also not real Mexican food, but their chicken soft tacos and crinkle fries really hit the spot.
I never come to this place. On the day that I do… I am literally stuck in the drive through because they don’t take cards and can only take cash but in small bills. Who has cash these days? I’ve been sitting here for nearly 15 mins stuck in line. I’ll never return. Big dump.
