Saw alot of cars lined up At the drive through so I got in-line. waited for a long time To order. I got to the window to pay For my food the lady did not greet me she just took my payment once I received my food the lady did not say thank you she just handed me my bag saying “here you go” i was very disappointed in the food quality .. it had a awful taste .. it looked like it had been sitting for a long time plus they were very stingy on the product I would never returned ever again.
This evening, when I placed my order, I told them I had a wheat allergy. I asked them not to place the burgers on bread/a bun. I said this twice at the speaker box, once at the window to the cashier and once to the manager (who for some reason came to the window to ask me if I was sick - I explained to him that I had a wheat allergy). When I arrived home, I found remnants of bread stuck to the underside of both burger patties.What I asked for was simple. Had I been told that they made a mistake and needed more time to remake the order, I would have waited. I was not rude. I’ve never had an issue with other Cook-Out sites. I was told to return to the restaurant for a refund tomorrow. Once I obtain my refund, I will not return to this particular. I don’t want to imagine what other games they could be playing in the kitchen with my food.
Food was hot but the order was inaccurate. The order taker had it correct on the ticket and receipt but whoever made the sandwich didn't add the three additional items I requested on the receipt. In addition no napkins in the bag or a fork to eat the cold slaw with, are these things to be requested?
Experienced an extremely nasty young lady at drive through. This young lady had long dreads and was African American. Transferred money to my card and unfortunately took 2 minutes to transfer over. (Was not at the window for more than 2 minutes) This young lady rang my card and after it declining twice rudely snapped on me, telling me to get out of her line and motioning with her hand to move. I’ve come to this location numerous times and have never experienced such rudeness. Definitely lost a customer.
This was my first visit. There are only 2 locations. I wish they would open one in Newnan! There are selections for every appetite at reasonable prices! The staff is friendly and quick! I can't wait to be in the right place to visit them again! :)
They are very fast with cooking your food and receiving it fresh, however their customer service skills for taking accurate orders seems to be lacking. I don't know if it's an issue with their speaker/ microphone, but they never seem to comprehend proper English and they do not repeat the order back to ensure accuracy either. I've experienced this miscommunication on several occasions- which can be annoying! But the food is always good, when my oder is correct, and that keeps us coming back.
Today is 1/23/22 11pm. I went to the adjacent drive thru lane or second one. The young lady with the short curly/wavy hair and beanie on was so freaking sweet. She was so kind. SHE SMILED. That’s rare in fast food and I know it’s because they deal with a lot throughout the day but still this is cookout abs they have a lot of customers so for her attitude to literally almost reflect a chick fil a employees attitude was phenomenal to me. I just had to say something because she was truly a pleasure to experience at cook out. And my food is fresh and great. Also this isn’t my first time here, the employees here are usually always nice.
Ordered a strawberry shake and they gave me a strawberry CHEESECAKE shake. I realized that the menu mentions cheesecake flavor with the option to make it strawberry cheesecake but I am allergic to an ingredient used in cheesecakes which is why I don't eat or drink them. Imagine my surprise to taste cheesecake in the strawberry shake. Now I have wasted money on it.3 stars because the rest of food tasted good and the server was respectful. Side note the design of this restaurant's drive thru lanes is so weird. Confused me the first time.

Cook Out is one of my top five places to go eat at, really enjoy there food and for the money there a great value. All of there food is delicious and there shake are something to die for. So I recommend you go there this place you want regret it...
