The chicken did not have the same taste that I remember. I do visit this company on a regular basis so I was surprised even with the name change. Also, a couple of the pieces were not completely done
Workers were out of uniform with sagging pants, and no hair nets. Chicken came out fresh but short one piece. The Mac n cheese tasted horrible. No received no utensils for eating, no straw for drinking and had to beg for condiments like honey. I'm very disappointed in this place. Once upon a time I loved Church's Chicken. Swore by it! Not anymore at all.
The manager is so nice i hadn't ate out at church's in a while the menu was out n he just quickly gave me info n took my order n everything was fresh hot correct with a smile. N his little servers were so cute sweet n helpful as well. Keep that same energy cus it was awesome.
Never opens on time. No days. By far the Dorchester and laziest people opening up ever. They suppose to open at 10:30 but Never are they open at 10:30 or 11, or 11:30. If only corporate knew just how much money they miss every day with them not being open and ready on time. Just a shame
Buyer beware...they gave me 2 oversized chicken wings with a half done honey biscuit that looked like someone ate half. I was livid...they gave me a full refund without an apology. The star is just so I can leave a review! Horrible establishment...then Zaxbys was just up the block with a line spilling out into traffic....wonder why? Smh
This has got to be the nastiest churches chicken on the East coast. We haven’t eaten here in years because it’s always dirty and the food is either to greasy or mystery flavored. However we have noticed that they have remodeled lately and they have had a pretty decent volume of customer. Unfortunately I’m afraid to admit my wife was right nothing changed but the frame. Unsurprisingly the chicken was old and greasy. The biscuit was thick and awkward flavored and the mashed potatoes were horrible. They tasted like hospital food. I thought I was tripping and my dog loves potatoes but she wouldn’t even touch them. I’ve never even left a review but I’m disappointed
The staff is always so friendly. Especially the young man at the drive thru with the colored hair. I didn't get his name but he's so pleasant.
I attend this churches on tonight! The food was absolutely horrible there was no flavor, the food was not fresh at all!!! I didn’t receive my jalapeño poppers, and the lady was in the drive though window with a pink hoodie, crocks and tall shock on taking orders taking a smoking (Marijuana) I wouldn’t recommend this location very unprofessional!!!
It's Church's Chicken. You either love it or you don't. There's no in-between.IMO they sell the best fried okra around BUT you can find better fried chicken.
The food was good the service was great but how you gone let me order a meal then tell me it isn't any straws. We gotta do better
