I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AND I ADVISED EVERYONE ELSE TO NOT VISIT HERE!! Hwy 138 is better service!! ? The Manager was sooo RUDE!!I came one night about 10 pm, not knowing they were closed bc the one on 138 closes at 11 and the door here was unlocked. ?The Manager held the door and asked me to leave bc the lobby was closed and they forgot to lock the door (okkkk, how the HELL WAS THAT MY FAULT!!).I left without getting her name but hindsight I should have stayed and called the cops and made her take my order bc she never asked. I was getting a 10 piece!! box but what if I wanted a single piece or a sandwich...... would that have been worth putting me out?
This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! The drivethru time is absolutely HORRIBLE! The employees have horrible attitudes & the customer service is NONEXISTENT there. I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN, and it's the one closer to my house!
Not only was my order wrong. But they gave the worse sides ever. One side of make and cheese broke down into small bowls with holes in the side.Manager has not only attitude but no apology or concern. Complaint is being filed along with a call to the health inspector. This cannot be ok.
The drive thru is one of the quickest I have seen.You can get extra sauce at request.
This is the second time I've purchased from this location and the young people there are always hype and have a great attitude. Even if I have to wait, I really don't mind because they're always extremely nice.
The only problem I have with the Riverdale Rd location is the drive thru seems to be at a stand still no matter what time of day I go that's the only reason I gave a rating of 3 otherwise the chicken and lawd have mucy them biscuits are?????
I ordered jalapeno poppers and there was no cheese in it. But it was still good. They just made a mistake. They normally give me a good order. like they cooked it a longer than usual
Don't go here on lunch, they move slower than a turtle with a missing leg. You will be late if you have some place to be. Their customer service is not the best but not the worst. I've seen worst.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY TO MATCH!!! I used to look forward to eating at this location but, in recent years it has gone down. I will not return.
The person taking my order was pleasant but the person at the window didn't speak. Chicken and bombers was good. Service was fast.
