Very little personal customer experience history with this Checkers location in the south Atlanta area because I got tired of the foolish business ethics of just being able to service a person in a courtesy timely and matter. Be ready to wait, that takes the way of the business making of being a fast food restaurant. Slow food restaurant suits better. It is definitely better locations to get a better customer experience I.E (One factual example is ?) Green Briar Parkway sector
This is the worst checkers ever. They seriously need to shut it down. I ordered my food on the app after working 12 hours only to still have to wait 30 minutes. I never received my food by the way. They decided to watch a fight that was about to happen in the parking lot, police was called of course. I asked for my refund she tells me I have to call the app so I can get it. I'll called my lawyer who will be calling them about my refund. Seems the only way to get things done is to threaten their money then so be it. F you checkers on 85 me and my family won't ever come back again
Checkers have the best fries .The big Burford is off the chain.Fresh and yummy.
System is down half the time. I offered cash and she condescendingly said "How am I supposed to make your food if the system is down". There are more polite ways to refuse my business. I'm convinced employees are trained to be rude. The one time I got food, at another location, I was severely food poisoned. Never visiting again this establishment ever again.
They never get ur order how u order n today i couldnt even finish my order for ur total is. Im like i wasnt done. Anyway they can do better n the food was hard. Smh. Ppl dont look at ppl as if it were them ,n how they expect to be treated. You wouldnt want to be treated as just an order right or wrong its just an order. Smh.
Tym you are a rockstar, handled my order for five people. He deserves a raise he did the drinks, mozzarella sticks, everything was done professionally. Employee of the year even though he is the manager way to go Tym
They were out of virtually everything, the place needed to be cleaned and the guy working the cash register, bless his heart, had no idea what he was doing. This caused an extensive wait. Once you pull into the drive thru you are sandwiched in, so you have to wait patiently to be able to leave.
The food was great as always! HOWEVER, WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE SOUTH?? I love my culture, but everyone that worked at this location during my last visit, were ghetto and threw customer service out of the window!!! ????
I always have great service at this particular location the Tara boulevard location can learn a lot from them they need to be retrained by the staff and employees at highway 85 because they are the best on highway 85 go highway 85 checkers keep up the great work the GM is the bomb.com I love her
I just left from up there the store is completely abandoned with open food containers and drinks sitting out lights on and everything. Cars lined up and no one is answering the phone. Customer service is a joke at this location.
