The manager she was delegating I think she was the manager a stout young lady.took a while to acknowledge my presence. She did not smile nor greet me. Some people need work to perfect their work persona. She mixed ice tea with coffee I was very upset about that but I had already arrived home. I'm sure she'll do better in the future. I was the only customer inside. The majority of customers were in the drive through.
Had a online order and had to wait in a line 30 min to get cold food and as soon as I ate the whopper my stomach instantly began hurting. Mayonnaise sitting out too long is a major health violation
Im try to be nderstanding that the pandemic has probably hurt this already struggling restaurant. I've lived on Riverdale Rd a decade and this Burger King is the closest. I've NEVER had a good experience at this location or the Old National location.....and I used to love Burger King.I chanced it for breakfast this morning. The young lady on the speaker did not SOUND very pleasant...I asked for a moment to look over the menu and her tone of voice read "impatient". I asked for a #3 and she said "WHAT"? like I was speaking a foreign language. I assume she doesn't know the combo #'s even though thats their job...I asked if I might get a little Lettuce and tomato...she says "we dont bring out lettuce this early"....What? Why can't you go in the cooler and get some? It was a simple request and the drive thru was really quiet compared to Bojangles next door. I didnt ask them to make me a burger for goodness sake.I thanked her even though she was rude and went to Bojangles. NEVER again....there are too many options on Hwy 85 to spend in a restaurant that isn't interested in providing even just "adequate " service....
Visited today for an online order pickup. Went through drive thru to let them know I had arrived. Told them the name on order and was told to pull around. Stopped at first window, sat, no acknowledgement. I can clearly see workers moving around inside. Sat for about five minutes, still no acknowledgement. Pulled to the second window, same deal. I could see cars behind me get their meals from the first window i waited at originally. Sat here about ten minutes before pulling around to go inside. Order was starting to be prepared but, not complete. A word to the wise...customer service 101...when a customer informs you of the experience do not immediately jump to use your defense mechanism, acknowledge, apologize and correct the situation. Because at this point whose fault it is, is not the main concern of the customer!!!!
They are slow and can never get an order straight no matter how often you repeat the order. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get through the drive through with just 3 cars in DT. Shut it down or train better!
All of the years I've dined at this particular restaurant have brought me much enjoyment and delicious food choices. The quality has remained the same and the young lady who managed is still a true professional
It went pretty good. Line at drive thru was slow, but they are doing the best being sorry handed.
OMG. I waited in this drive thru line for 33 minutes. This location was so horrible slow. I'm sure they were moving as fast as they could but why have an attitude when I finally am able to come to the window for my order. I still may visit this location again just at a much better time.
Quick service. Placed a pick up order but the door was locked so I had to wait in line. Ordered about $30 worth of food. The burgers were not hot so warmed them in the microwave at work.
Service was quick made a mistake on my order but they quickly corrected it. They were only accepting cash I guess their credit card machine was tore up. Need to get it fixed for those other folks. Because I only use cash.
