I ordered threw drive thru,the order taker was professional but the girl that gives you the food ,has an attitude, very nasty and shouldn't be be in customer service environment, She has long purple braids for one.If u ask for anything she rolls her eyes.I want eat here again.
The crew that took my order and packed it was very unprofessional. The order taker for drive thru was making unnecessary smart remarks, e.g. "I know you need to grab this bag." Then I asked her name and she bluntly told me, "NOTHING." All the while the manager is standing there laughing. What a horrible base of employees!! I've never been so disrespected and disappointed!! When it comes to the food, first, they give me the wrong bag. When I look at the receipt I was given I noticed that the drive-thru cashier cashed me out under the wrong meal and then gave me the wrong meal. When I open my food wrappings, my Cajun chicken biscuit was Hard and biscuit was burnt, my biscuits and gravy were made with a fried chicken fillet on top (NOT WHAT I ORDERED). MY POTATOES WERE COLD AS WELL AND THEY WERE DISGUSTING. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE OVERNIGHT/ EARLY MORNING CREW!! IT WAS NOT GOOD AT ALL!! Then the gas card that I spent well into my $30 for, isn't even loaded and that was quite embarrassing.
Food was good didn't have my coleslaw at the time but it was good.
So I had to call corporate today on this location because every time they mess up and think i don’t have a right to ask for my money back and laugh like it’s ok to burn my food and you ring me up for the wrong order every time and when me or my spouse ask for our money back yall only correct it and bring out more burnt food just sad. I did not want to call corporate which why i continued to come back and give this location a chance after behavior continued
Currently drive thru is the only option and they were doing a horrible job at getting the customers their food. When I pulled up to the window I saw 4 associates grouped up talking and not one of them acknowledged me. I waited twelve minutes before one of them opened the window and offered me the incorrect order. After I told them it wasn't my order I had to wait 7 more minutes for the correct order and to be told they didn't have an item I ordered. The group that was there today between 1600-1700 could use more training.
I stop visiting this location because the cashiers are unprofessional. My order is always wrong and no one answers the phone so I can receive my correct order. There is no dining in and I have to wait back in the long line for something I have already ordered. This location is beyond disappointing.
After leaving the bojangles in Jonesboro because the line just stopped moving...I drove to Riverdale bojangles there was a line but it was moving AND my food was hot and fresh enjoyed my food fully.appreciate it
Extremely slow and the wings I bought were undercooked. Lots of red when I bit into the first one. I pulled 2nd wing apart to look...same thing. I wasted $8. While I am cognizant of the fact that the pandemic has disrupted a lot, customer service and the cooking has declined at Bojangles. I'm not going to patronize them for awhile.
I ask for well done bo rounds but never get them if they are stuck together the middle is not done but I guess they don’t understand that’s a food safety issue and can make someone sick from eating undone food
The chicken and fries were GREAT, just be aware that the sauce has A LOT of horseradish in it. And the service was meh
