I ordered a 10 pc wing combo which I discovered had an awfully foul odor and terrible taste when I got home and went to eat it. Luckily I only took two bites. I called the store to notify them of this and the guy I spoke with blamed me for not noticing at the store and said they could not replace or refund my order. Horrible customer service! My husband has also gotten sick with obvious food poisoning and has begun vomiting after consuming the burger he received from there this evening as well. Will never eat from here again!
You would think because this location in not in the best part of town that the service would be mediocre. It's quite the opposite. The ladies serving the food were very polite and professional. It was clean including the bathrooms. The food was on point. One of the best American Deli I have been to. Keep it up I will be back.
Flavor explosion on lemon pepper and Buffalo wing. Just need to purchase bigger wings. I kept biting my fingers the wi gs are too small.

Absolutely awful!!! If I could give this negative stars, I would. I may sound a little dramatic, but this review is for good reason. I ordered takeout 3 different dishes. The fried rice was inedible! It had a horrible, loathsome smell that made it impossible to eat. The fish was unpleasant to eat as well, I know some fish will still have bones but I'm glad I was careful because there were quite a bit of them. Definitely will never order here again, do not recommend.
My whole chicken Philly sandwich bottomed out. Took 2 bites and then the bottom of it collapsed. Too much grease not cool couldn’t enjoy it and I was reminded I came here before and something got messed up. Never again moved the toppings over do you can see the soggy bottom. Yuck and very nasty didn’t enjoy it. Waste of money
If you place your order online,be sure to get it on time.They are very meticulous and very good customer service. Nice food for foodies
Super bowl Sunday, I called in my order and got to the store and had to repeat it and reorder. Personally I think they should not accept any phone orders on holidays or high volume days. Tell the customers they must come in. The wait wasn't very long I'm going to say approximately 30 minutes or so considering it was packed and it was a lot of uber eats etc that had orders. I love the wings, always taste great and the customer service has been awesome every time I've come so I give them a pass.
I love the honey lemon pepper wings. Wait time was less than 10 minutes for a 15 piece combo.
Food was good, cashier was kind. Only issue is when you ask for wings they automatically give you the meal unless you say wings only. Seems to me one should have to say combo to get more, but if all I ask for us wind then I shouldn't be given the meal. But wings were good, but like everything after COVID-19 prices are high
