Our chicken fingers were overcooked and fries were cold not to mentioned did not receive our fried mushrooms. This is definitely not the Zaxbys of old. I would recommend just going to a sit down casual restaurant instead for better food quality and service at the prices we paid.

Every time I've visited this location the food is piping hot and fresh. The staff's customer service is hit and miss but I give a pass because the food is so delicious. Today the water sprinklers were on and wetting up everyones' and my car along with the ground. I mention it to the young lady and she was like yeah ok, as if she had heard the complaint a million times and was over it. Had my car been freshly washed, Zaxby would've had a problem with me today. Zaxby please get that sprinkler corrected ASAP? I'll give this location an A- due to staff behavior and wasting water.

The food is really good here they may be able to learn to make sweet see a little better if they can make sweet tea like the one on White Bluff and keep the quality of the food the same they would be a game changer for all Zaxby’s the customer service could definitely be better and I completely dislike when they don’t ask if you’re using Rewards or points because you often get so distracted with making sure you have all the sauces napkins and every item that you ordered that you forget so use your rewards sometimes

Spoke with the manager about my chicken fingers being mostly breading, my daughter making a fuss about it. I was surprised that she said that’s how they come and walked away. I come here often and knew that’s not how they come and this time it was different. She Didn’t offer to make me another order and even had an attitude about it. Don’t waste your time at this location as the food and service is underwhelming.

I ordered a kids grilled cheese meal with a Dr Pepper. I did have to wait a few minutes to get my order. When I tried to eat, the fries were cold and soggy/limp...and grilled cheese was not as warm and yummy has the ones I have ate in the past .but the boxes were covered in mustard!!! I used all the napkins in the bag to wipe my hands just to be able to get to the disappointing food.

Wish I could share a photo but my daughter's "kids meal" boxes were filthy. They were covered in grease and orange coloring which immediately made me wonder if they were even using gloves when putting their food in the boxes. (gross). My salad also happened to have a few fiber hairs in it. We also waited for 5 minutes at the window and received half of our meal and was told to pull forward and they would bring out the rest. I said sure, but proceeded to check the items in the bags they had given me. The clerk at the window said "please pull forward" to which I replied "I will, I would just like to check that the food in the bags are correct." He said: "yes, but I want to get the rest of the people behind you in the drive through their food." I honestly just laughed and said "what about me?" Also, I had asked for straws while we were waiting for our food and they told me they would give them to me when they brought out my food. (Umm..okay...I've had enough wrong drink orders that I want to save time and make sure they're correct). Then they proceeded to tell me they didn't have anymore some juice. Fine, no big deal. But then they faced me my receipt and I was charged for two apple juices. I won't bore you with the details but it took a manager and another employee to understand that I needed a refund for something I never received. They didn't understand why I eeded a refund if I got water instead. Water is free. I had to explain this to a manager. Either, everyone their was having an off day or they need to have some deep training.

Fresh food!!! Amazing customer service!!! Big thank you to Tristin for going above and beyond toHelp me place my order when I couldn’t do it online and I couldn’t go thru the drive thru Becuhs I was in my semi truck (professional driver otr at the moment) that meant so much to me!!! & my food was fireeeeee

This place is honestly a hit or miss... sometimes it's great, and other times the food is just awful. Got my food today and it was just cold, and soggy whereas last week I got the same thing and it was great! Needs more consistency.

Have not ate here in a while but, I had to wait for a while at the drive through order speaker upon the employee taking my order, got food for husband and son, they didn't complain...huge pot hole coming into the parking lot, drivers beware....food is usually good though...

Whoever the girl working outside tonight (Jan 8th 2022) was fantastic. She came out at about 6 and told everyone outside waiting that their chicken was frozen and it would be quite a wait. I had already placed and paid for an online order and she offered to let us wait inside. She was so kind, I didn’t mind waiting. We get it, things in food service aren’t like they used to be and sh*t happens. Yeah, we had to wait. But the service and food was incredible! Whoever that girl is needs a raise.Keep on keeping on
