I ordered two 10” pizzas from here for my partner’s birthday, and we did not particularly enjoy the experience. They were cold upon arrival, the veggies were uncooked and unseasoned, and the cheese on both our pizzas was centralized in the middle. The pineapple in her pizza was completely tasteless, and the jalapeños were left off of mine. She had ricotta on hers, and it was just blobbed on and bland. I had a gluten free crust which was actually pretty tasty, and the vegan cheese wasn’t bad (thus two stars it gets). I have had pizza from the downtown Savannah location that was awesome but the Pooler spot has severely disappointed.
Really good pizza with fresh ingredients. You can load up on toppings for no extra charge (except extra cheese is $1). Pretty good beer selection too.
My gf and I ate their for the first time and have no complaint's. 10 inch pizzas, crust is thin, dough taste great. From veggies, to cheese's, to sauce's, you have a great selection to choose from. Not bad for a $10.00 pizza. Leave your name and they shout it out when it's ready, they bring it to you. Clean your own mess when your ready to leave. Take-out boxe's are located on a shelf above the trash can. Definitely worth the money!

Absolutely horrendous...ordered online...missing items. Called the store, they stated it was not on order when the receipt clearly showed it did. Manager got on phone (some woman working on 3/31/22 @7pm). She said the delivery service was a wildcard and did not know who picked up the order but then confirmed it was Doordash. Said we needed to get refund from them. Called Doordash and they said I needed to call the store...Horrible experience all around. The manager also hung up the phone. If you want pizza, go pick up the pies yourself (NEVER order from them) or better yet, just go somewhere else or you may be playing Russian roulette with Your Pie, Pooler, GA.

We ordered 3 kids meals for our kids. When we took the cups they gave us to the counter, they told us the gelato machine was down and we could have chips instead. We asked for a coupon to come back or if they would sub another dessert and she said we could only have chips. We spent 30 minutes telling our kids they could have gelato just to be told there was nothing they would do. I would understand if they told us when we ordered, but they literally gave us the gelato cups. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service we received today.
Food was great. Service was slow. I ordered ahead of time and had to wait 15 minutes to get my order after they said it should be ready. They are training new people, so hopefully it gets better in the future

Great service. Fast and friendly. I love building my own pizza or salad with choices of crust and tons of ingredients. Dining room was clean. If you haven't tried it, you must.
