Went to clean my hands after our meal, and found a smashed cockroach between the wax paper and our napkins in the basket. I’m not one to make a scene, so my wife and I tried to keep things quiet and low key… but I took offense when the manager came over after and tells us that the server told her the roach wasn’t there when she brought out the basket of napkins. You think it crawled in there while I was eating, and smashed itself?? So, she was basically accusing us of planting it, in some backhanded way. Then she gives us half off and has it listed on the receipt. Interesting response. At that point, I just wanted out of there. I’ve been regularly going here for the last few months… but will not be returning. I have no interest in getting cockroaches with my food, and then being accused by the manager of putting it there. Totally disgusted by this place.
Wings were ok and they have lots of sauce selections, but the blue cheese was really wanting.

Was good food and good service. The salad was bigger but I'd already got into it. Lol
Have eaten in many Wild Wing Cafe's and generally been quite happy. This one was particularly slow on the day we were there. Took us over an hour to eat lunch when the restaurant was not busy at all and our order was in within the first 10 minutes. We even had to cancel a salad because it wasn't out 30-40 minutes after ordering and we had to get going. Bad days happen everywhere, but the server didn't make any explanation or apology for the delay until the very end when we cancelled the salad.
We went for lunch and the Buffalo shrimp (fried) and house salad were very good. Take a sweater or a light jacket because it is a little cool in the restaurant. We ended out going outside and it was very pleasant.
Waitress was really awesome. She even offered my service dog a small tin of water. Food was really good as well. Love their hot wings and salads. Wait times for food were a little lengthy but not bad overall.
Rock-a-licious played some really good music. The food was excellent and our waitress was really great. Our server was Elizabeth. She was back & forth several times to make sure our party of 9 had everything we needed and plenty to drink. (Tea & sodas). Would definitely recommend this as a place to go to eat and have fun.
I love Wild Wing and really like this location. Today was the first time I ever tried the lunch buffet though and I will never do that again. While the wing choices were pretty good, I found that the buffet wings seemed to be cold and tepid at best. Next time I will go with the 6 wing lunch special and come away much happier.
45 minute wait for food on lunch break. Ran out of time to eat. Had to cancel order. Ordered CHICKEN NUGGETS and CHIPS. Other orders were executed around me that were placed after mind. Going back to work without lunch. Will no longer patronize this restaurant. Terrible service.
