Closed at 9pm? No way to cancel order or get a refund? Drive down there to see staff smoking cigarettes outside just chatting telling everyone in drive thru they are closed. Never again will I come to this location.
Be AWARE. I check my bank accounts at the end of each month. They ran my card twice and I'm just seeing this. I remember the situation as well. Pulled to the first window and a young man took my card and ran it. I got to the 2nd window and a young lady said "your card didn't go through" so I handed it to her and she ran it. I have 2 different amounts that processed on my card on Jan 31. Be AWARE for a visit there on Jan 27th
After waiting in line, placing my order and receiving the order which took 20minutes. The food was not the best, the fries were definitely not hot nor crispy as advertised. The burger was cooked completely but warm, closer to being cool. Now the customer service was spot on, each station the young ladies were very polite and pleasant.
For the first time ever there wasn't really a line so I decided to stop and get Wendy's at the pooler Pkwy location. At first the experience was going great. The girl who took my order was very polite. The girl who took my payment was also great. I got up to the window to get my food and the man handing the food out, literally threw my bag of food at me and slammed the window shut and walked away. The bag was very light so I double checked the order and it was wrong. Not a big deal just wanted the correct food. So he cam back and I handed him the bag and said this is not order I order x,y, and z. He asked me if I was sure. I ensured him I was positive this is not my order. He had me pull up while they corrected the order. Again, not a huge deal. When he came put and handed me my food he again whipped the bag through my driver side window. I have never had anyone whip my food at me through my window. I double checked the order and my food was cold. The bun and chicken were both cold with a piece of American cheese slapped on there. At this point I was not interested in having my food thrown at me again so I took it home and heated it up. Will not be returning.
This location is always busy and super slow. If they are even taking orders in the drive through be ready to spend 30 mins in line. But also be prepared to sit in that line for them to tell you they are only taking online orders when you finally make it to the window. Never returning. Zero customer service.
Found 4 pieces of black, coarse hair in my bacon & cheese potato. I had already eaten half of it, so that's great.Wouldn't answer a phone so I couldn't speak to a manager about it. Buyer beware...
Go somewhere else I waited an hour for my order to be wrong and ice cold. It had been 1 thing had the food at least been hot but it was all old. Literally nothing in the order was right. Love that the woman at the window told me she double checked it and said it’s the right order just for it to be wrong.
Very poor customer service extremely long wait time in drive-thru and they were out of almost everything we wanted. The food was extremely greasy and poor quality my Baconator fries had a puddle of grease in the corner which was a quarter shot glass of grease. If you're going to hire stupid kids to work for you make sure there's an adult in charge. Save your money and eat elsewhere. Check photos to see the amount of grease.
This restaurant has went down since they opened. When they were offering dine-in, they messed my order up and it took 30 minutes to get me my replacement order. Since then, they quit allowing dine-in, then they advertise certain hours for breakfast but when we showed up on a Sunday, they said they were not doing breakfast that day. Today I went there and the drive-thru is now for online orders only. They can’t even offer drive-thru orders anymore.This Wendy’s needs to get back to normal.
Waited in the drive thru for 45 mins for Fast" food". Pulled up to everyone joking, playing in the kitchen and giving out wrong food. It's ridiculous to have to wait that long 1 burger and a baked potato.If we weren't absolutely starving that late, we would have pulled away.The food should have been comped at this point.Management of this place needs to do better. Worst experience ever at a Wendy's.
