Supposed to be open until 11pm. Friday evening first restaurant from the interstate. Second Wendy's in a mile to not let us into the store to eat dinner. Drive through is open. Just want to sit down and not eat squishy fries. I would love to find out if this is owner policy or just lazy management. Food was really good and hot, staff was very polite, I just don't want to eat in a car, I would rather sit at a table and take my time.
Lobby was closed for the night at 5pm, drive through was super slow. Not a great one to stop at if on a road trip.
Wait time was 30 minutes the food was terrible and not correct the burger was dry and the bacon was burnt I will not be going back to Wendys I have lived in Pooler for many years and this store has gone down hill and the service is bad.
What a terrible drive thru attendant. This young man had no clue as to proper functions of equipment or the manners required for such a job. The only good thing I received by going to this particular location was the knowledge of never deciding to go back .
I received friendly service here. My food was hot and fresh with no issues
Make sure to check your food. Tried to get the baconator fries and got burnt bacon and undercooked almost raw fries. Waiting in a long drive through line. I completely understand if they have staffing issues but they definitely need to pay attention and work on quality if they aren't gonna focus on speed. Don't mind waiting as long as it's right and looks good.
My husband's Dave's double was fresh and hot. My Jr bacon burger was cold and bun hard. Meat too hard and dry to eat.
I understand the shortage in help and ask. The issue I have is simple training. You know a straw for my drink, salt and pepper for my potato. Lil things. Come on man! Get it together!
Not going again until they fix their staffing issues Just charge me more and hire more people. It's totally worth a dollar or 2 more per item instead of making me wait in line for my whole lunch break.
Dining room is closed. I was the 8th car in the drive-thru line. I am now 3rd. It has been 10 minutes and still have 3 cars ahead. Sad!25 minutes in the drive-thru. I can now see the drive up window. Pathetic!
