I absolutely loved the food here. Definitely going back! Fresh ingredients, incredibly friendly staff & MOST importantly, very clean kitchen. I've been in the food industry for many years and I get nervous going out to eat because of sanitation reasons but this place is great, and you even see the owner watching the cooks, and checking on tables. Great management! Wish all young adults could start working there, they could learn a thing or two. I'll be coming back!
The food was quite good. Prices were reasonable. Open parking since it's near a strip mall area. They offer vegetation options as well which I liked. I would go back here.
I had combo pho soup - beef and shrimp; my wife had chicken pho. Mine had a bit of flavor, hers was like chicken noodle soup from a can - no flavor at all. Big mistake choosing this place.

Had seen this place numerous times when out shopping and finally made a stop. So glad we decided to eat here! If you want authentic, this is the place. Wanted to try the carmelized pork belly but went with Japanese ramen with pork and pork broth. My friend got the pho and she loved it, and she is picky about her pho. Bubble tea was delish, chopsticks on the tables with bbq sauce and sambal, and they bring your order to your table. Prices are reasonable and you get a LOT, we had to take home at least half our orders. Definitely will be back!
We had the chicken pho, chicken pad thai, pork chop rice and crispy pork belly rice. Everything tasted delicious. We'll come back again to try the other dishes. Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!
Omg this is pork ramen noodles where is the pork??? Anyways the picture with the bowl and the chopsticks on top I had cooked up some wonderful two pieces of bacon added spices and by the way the eggs that they put in it was disgusting I had to cook a new egg for the amount of money that you charge people this is how the food should be looking the ball that I made for my husband with a plate shame on this. Scamming people on food
We went for the first time today and it was absolutely wonderful! Everyone working was friendly and service was amazing! The portions were definitely filling and then some. I loved that there were kid sized options as well. My son loved it!
Tried this place on Wednesday for the first time. Umami Noodle Bar will definitely become a regular stop when craving Asian style cuisine. The staff there made it so worth the 30 min drive time because they were so friendly and communicative as soon as we walked in! Highly recommend the Japanese ramen with chicken and veggie broth, the veggie spring rolls (harumaki), chicken yakisoba, and my absolute favorite of all… the crab cream cheese rangoons (crab wontons)! ??? We can’t wait to try more of the menu next time!Right upon choosing our own seating with a number card, they served us up the appetizers first along with our drinks. Then the noodle bowls soon after. We left full and happy first time-ers. The portions are good for at least two meals, and the friendly service is unmatched. This makes it well worth the higher prices in my opinion. ??
Saw this just passing by and had to stop in! The food was wonderful and almost better was the atmosphere. Its quiet and relaxed, the staff is nice and service is good. It gave the feeling of being at an old time diner late in the evening and that nostalgia really sealed the deal for my partner and I!
