Texas road house for the win!! We had amazing service by Anna, the food was probably the best we’ve ever had there and I was really excited about the booth “high chairs”! It let my daughter sit next to me and be apart of the family lunch!
I was a little disappointed in this visit today. I had the salmon and sweet potato. He had the bone in rib-eye and rice. His side Caesar salad didn’t have enough dressing. My salmon was dried out.The service, Skylar, provided was great. She got our drink orders, appetizer, and entrees out quicklyTexas Roadhouse was crazy busy because the 3groups of rude and inpatient people that cut everyone off when the doors opened for service. Despite their rudeness the staff was amazing.
I don't know if we went on a very good day at a very good time and the whole staff was in a good mood because my family of 5 had an amazing experience eating there today! from the fresh bread, to the side salad, the appetizer and the marvelous food. We went expecting ok to good food but it was actually fantastic and feel terrible that we have not gone there sooner. we will definitely be back there again soon. Also, the restaurant was very clean.

The steak is ALWAYS great here and management comes around to make sure you're satisfied. We were seated for a lengthy period of time with no drink order taken. It was not the waitress' fault but that situation could have been handled a bit better. This will remain my 'go to' place for a perfectly cooked steak.
I am unable to eat large portions of food so I order from the kids menu most times. With that said, this trip and meal was probably the worst i've ever had. The half rack of so called fall off the bone ribs (from sever dehydration) was burnt with no flavor but burnt and dust kicking dry. The vegetables had no butter and I had to ask for the butter. But the saddest part of the entire dinner date, was we NEVER got our buns or cinnamon butter? we had to ask for those as well. And to add to the very dry dinner, the manger came to our table and asked how the food was and my spouse told her about the ribs. She gave us a "sometimes im in the kitchen and the cooks will add more source to the ribs and place it back on the grill" story. ??? and then offered to get me another half slab..Ahhhhh no thank you and then she said ok ill take care of it. She left the table never to be seen and we THOUGHT she was going to remove the dish from the bill.. Well NOPE it was there at $59 smackers for the entire meal. On a happy note: I got the hurricane margarita and that was AMAZING...
We were traveling and already behind our schedule because of traffic on I95. We arrived and found a lot of people waiting to be seated. I asked the hostess how long a wait. She said about an hour, an hour we didn’t have. If we didn’t mind sitting in the bar we could be seated right away. We found 2 seats and ordered. The service and food were excellent. It was a bit noisy, but the restaurant was full and the bar was set up like a sports bar.
My husband and I eat here quite often and have always had wonderful service, but today was even better. We ordered to go and as we’re leaving TRH calls to let us know that our salad was never placed in the bag. I’ve never had a restaurant contact me like that. AMAZING SERVICE.
Great food even better service. Nice to have a delicious steak without cooking it!
