If you order online, and pull up to the window, you get asked to go inside to get your food. Not at all a problem. But, when you go inside, you get ignored completely. Unless you directly order at the drive through or at the kiosk inside then you won't get your food. This has happened a few times now and just at this location. First time was so long but we waited and this time it was so long we just canceled the order on the app. No one talked or said anything once we went inside for the order.
An employee checked in my mobile order at the drive thru before I even arrived, meaning that I would not be able to cancel it if the line was too long. When I bought this up to an employee, they accused me of not knowing anything. The argument escalated and he eventually threatened to cause me bodily harm. He ended up marking my order as complete even though I never got it, meaning I wasted my money. I am currently exploring legal options.
Use to be good, placed an online order it said will start to prepare once i get to drive thru and give my name but when I got there it was already ready by the time we got home it was already cold so had to reheat all the food and wanted to place additional order and no one was in line behind me or at the ordering station they stillade me go around to place a new order and nacho fries I received was ice cold so never coming to this location every again.
I never put down ratings on Google but I happen to frequent this Taco Bell simply because it's convenient after I get gas from Sam's. Almost every time I go the drive thru cashier has an attitude. Also.. how much money have you guys lost with all of the downtime in your system? Three times in the past 10 times I've pulled up to order they have told me their system is down. This place needs new management that actually cares about customer service.
Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:33 and was told that they were only taking door dash and app mobile orders. Really confused about that. You can take those orders but not someone in the drive thru? This is literally the worst Taco Bell of my life. And I eat Taco Bell way more than a person should each week. Anytime I go to this one is was always dreadful between the staff being rude, food never right, and just the overall attitude of this location.
Folks working fast food getting nearly $15 an hour now and still can't manage to put sauce in a bag. Fourth order in a row with no fickin sauce. I know yall ain't smart enough to handle a skilled position. Put sauce in dang bag.

I ordered Nachos Bellgrande with an extra cheese on the side. Not only was the cheese on the nachos scarce, but the cheese on the side was half full. That wasn't the worse! The chips tasted like chemicals. I tried to call but the phone kept going to a voice mail that hasn't been setup. I think this Taco Bell will be closed soon if they don't start doing better. I have dealt with rude cashiers at the window in the past and just chalked it up to them having a bad day, but the food tasting bad is something they can control.
I got my favorite cheesy Gordita crunch, the hard shell taco tasted like a dirty old heat lamp.... went through drive through today at 150pm the person working the drive through did not respond to me and had no sense of customer service last thing I said well thank you and I hope u have a great day she just looked at me for a second and looked away lol what is that ontop of that np receipt was given.... I notice when a taco bell does this it ussually means they don't want you filling out there survey which means that location probably isn't a good one. Asked for fire and Diablo sauce I got 3 Diablo and 3 fire and 1 fire and 1 Diablo packet had been opened with dried sauce on the outside. I love taco I've had my fair share of ok to bad but this is one of the worst! Taco bell I love you, why taco bell why.. o well I guess I'll just go to Chipotle next door the food I got from there was great.
The chips from this location tasted awful, almost like they were fried in burnt grease. tried to call multiple times and got no answer. very disappointed with this location once again. I will not be returning to this location.
