I had ordered online after a busy day at just before 8pm. They claimed to be open until 10pm and it was on the way back to the hotel.When we got there, cars were lined up at the window and seemed to be moving slowly. All the lights were on, the drive through menu was lit up, cars were parked in the parking lot.After waiting at the menu board forever with no response we drove around to go inside just to see a man (not an employee) in the parking lot telling everyone they had closed a while ago.Had to cancel my order and drive around a stranger city looking for something else to eat.
Very nasty employee and rude , We ordered today Mexican pizza and several other items everything is minus beef / no meat and substitute the beans. We received the order went to home and all food had a beef on its when we went back to store and complain about the refund my money. The young boys having a nasty attitude and say bad words to my wife. And ha didn’t refund the money. Very stupid service from this Taco Bell .Very bad service, Taco Bell had to do something with this employee and GM have to contact the HQ regarding this matter

A great place to get a quick Mexican food order. Great combo deals and you can order online to pick up faster. It's gotten better since my last time reviewing. Ita also pretty clean in the kitchen.
I’m staying at a hotel nearby and the last three days All the lights are on and the wind menu sign is all lit up but no one is inside.
Pulled up at 10:14 they advertise online that they are open late. Several times I’ve come to this Taco Bell and the staff says they are closing up early. Every once in a while I understand but when it’s a several times a week thing I don’t understand. This was the only Taco Bell that was semi decent in this town and now it’s on the bottom of the list too. I won’t even lie I use eat Taco Bell like 4-5 times a week. But after several bad experiences here recently it’s just getting out of my dinner rotation.
The people at the window tried to give me the wrong drink, and forgot my extra cup of water entirely. No one said thank you, smiled, or apologized for the mix up. The beans in my burrito were still dry/crusty in spots.
No matter how desperate you are, just don't go here... By far the worst talk about I've ever been to; I've given them too many chances, and every time I go something is either messed up with my order, or the food looks like it was thrown together by a 5 year old. I'm really not over exaggerating at all. I'm done giving them chances after tonight because I drove through the drive-thru to get some food at 11:45 p.m., when they're closing time says 2:00 a.m., and I waited the intercom for about 10 minutes before I call them and get no answer. So I roll up to the windows and the place is completely lit up with all the chairs still under the tables, but not an employee in sight. Completely deserted over 2 hours before closing time with all the lights and signs and everything on as if it was open. Not to mention, every time I did go in the place smelled like dirty mop water.
Covid-19 made me constipated this place helped me go to the bathroom I had three Soft Taco Supremes and a cinnamon twist I pooped my brains out for three days
