rude for no reason and made me feel like a burden for the fact that they were out of an item i ordered online ??
My Sunday we not cookin go to place, however, need more cook time on Brisket, kinda taste like plain ol roast beef

Enjoy the food but I don’t like the app or service at this location. The app needs BBQ chips please for the love of GOD. I only have 4 varieties to choose of chips and 2 are cheese. I always order mobile to avoid lines. When I get there, someone picks the chips for me and I have to switch them out and I get funny looks from the staff. Problem number two is they don’t leave empty cups by my to-go bag. Why not??? I ask and they tell me I have to get my cups myself which involves breaking in line or waiting in it. I don’t want to have to do either. So an employee will bother to pick out my chips for me but make me have to get my own empty cups at the register. Makes no sense.
Food was good just a little dry. Make sure you add enough mayo or whatever you like to make it moist.

Sandwich was good until I was half way thru and a cockroach ? crawled up the wall next to me. I could not finish my meal and balled it up and threw it away.
Placed online order for sub to pickup up at later time. Got there about 10 minutes early and found my sub already made. The oil and vinegar made the bread a bit soggy so that wasn’t so good. Should make the sandwich fresh for pickup time and not earlier and will add that note to future orders. The bread was also undercooked but not raw. The toppings were perfect. The store was clean and the employees very friendly.

Clean and fast...this place is a quick staple when we don't want to cook. Subs are good and filling.
