If a zero star review was possible, that is what this location would deserve. The lobby was closed for “safety” reasons this morning with no prior notification all while leaving their mobile order turned on. When I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order - the drive thru line was wrapped around the side street. I pulled into the parking lot and after walking up saw the sign on the front door. I attempted to call the store multiple times but their phone was going straight to a dial tone. Myself and other customers knocked on the door asking if we could have our orders that we could see sitting in the pick up area. A young man (who would not give his name - small build, dark hair) cracked the door to tell us to go get in line. We all tried to explain we did not have time to wait over an hour or the desire to pick up a coffee that had been sitting for 1.5 hours at the point we would finally be able to get it. He told us “he would work with us” before getting angry and very rudely yelling “it’s a rough day in here and I’m not dealing with this”, slamming the door in our face, and walking away. Some continued to knock, while others called their corporate office. Several employees attempted to come to the door but we could see the same man yelling at them to not open it. Not being able to pick up what you ordered in a timely manner is aggravating- but having to deal with employees that are overly unprofessional and rude is unacceptable for a business to tolerate within their organization. The line was so out of control that as I was leaving (without the order I paid for and employees who refused to cancel it or tell us how to) there was a cop sitting with his lights on directing Starbucks traffic.

Excelent. Very nice place.

Great service and coffee! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Jarrett, I am so impressed with you! I came to your store today, when there wasn't enough staff to meet the demands of a thriving Starbucks storefront. You were even-keeled, managing the room and orders fantastically. A man came in not understanding how to do a mobile order (cafe orders weren't an option today), and you graciously got that man a cup of coffee on the house. It's that kind of service and ability to pivot that serves this store well, and will continue to serve you well moving forward. In a day where the bar for service is so low, your ability to pivot in all the right directions made the experience. And as always, I loved my coffee and my egg bites. Thank you!

Ian, not only was he pleasant to my husband and I through the screen to get our order but we got to the window and while we waited he asked how our day was, the weather, what he looks forward to for summer, and etc.Let me say while we have waited for our drinks many times at many locations THIS one was the best. We talked up until he got our drinks and was okay with us tasting before we drove off since we had a horrible experience at another store. He deserves to be front and center of where the most guests are. Thank you Ian for being amazing! Did not go unnoticed!

A newer Starbucks location with plenty of seating indoors and outside, I particularly liked the circle of comfy leather seats. Free WiFi worked great. Restrooms were spotless, servers were friendly and helpful and most importantly got our order correct. Drinks were on point and the banana bread was delicious. There’s a drive through window at this location too.

I frequent this Starbucks and I can say that every time I've gone, the staff has always been super friendly and my order has always been delicious. Once I was with my friend who ordered a coffee with no whipped cream and a new worker had made the drink and accidentally added whipped cream. The woman training him (we think it was the owner) handed us the drink and said that they were completely remaking the drink and that this one was free since it was a mistake. We didn't even have the chance to correct the error before they made up for it! 10/10 experience every time, I highly recommend stopping by!

We had an awesome experience on our way to Alabama. We may have gotten the name wrong but Patricia, who worked the drive thru, Tuesday around noon March 15, had superb customer service. She saw us filling our water bottle up and offered more water. Thank you!

STAY AWAY!!!Literally the worst StarBucks ever. I always do mobile and it's never ready by the time the app says. This visit I have watched 4 people order after I came in to wait for my mobile order and they all got drinks before me. I have waited 15 minutes over my pickup time. Ordered the drink at 4:32p, the pickup time was 4:38p, but I actually got it at 4:55p. Really need you guys to get this location up to par. The only reason I am here is because the one by Costco is closed.

This is by far the best Starbucks I've been to. The staff was very friendly, professional, and efficient. The store was very clean, well kept, and welcoming. I loved the feature boards of the staff introducing themselves, a partner spotlight, and an award for a staff member. They were busy, but the bariatas still had great attitudes and made my drink correctly the first time (something I've been stifling with often lately at other stores). I will definitely be coming back!
