We waited at the speaker for 6 minutes before anyone even greeted us andI actually had to keep saying hello just to get that. I get thirty minutes for lunch so If you are in a hurry this is not the place to go. All together it took me 17 minutes to go through the drive through. Keep in mind there was no one in front of me. Unfortunately, McDonalds actually moves quicker. Well, I just got down the road with my order and was shorted a hot dog and did not get the ranch that I ask for for my poppers. I definitely will not return to this location.Just tried again and will never return! My burger had a stale bun, wilted lettuce and a tomato butt. This place really should be closed!
During a 13 hour drive from Fl to OH. My family and I stopped at Sonic in Pooler, GA to feed two very hangry toddlers. We ordered 1 grilled cheese and 1 chicken tender kids meal and after waiting approximately 30 mins, the grilled cheese was just 2 pieces of bread with a slice of cheese in the middle and both orders of fries were old, cold, and greasy...the chicken wasn't to bad. How one item is under cooked and the others were old, I have no clue. However, I am sure of the fact that I wasted $20, because neither of my children ate their food after the 1st bite, my husband was so frustrated to turn around after sitting in that line for hours, and we had to go TO ANOTHER restaurant in order to feed my kiddos because they were still hungry! Worst experience ever. Not sure how this Sonic is still up and running with this quality of food. I know it's fast food, but this was beyond bad.
Absolutely stunning. I ordered my meals through the app because I don’t carry cash, and I always feel bad that I can’t tip the carhop. This is what they bring out as my drink… apparently they ran out of large cups, so they put my drink in a RT44, but then didn’t want to fill it up. Who the heck does that? If you’re store is THAT cheap, take the up-charge for my drink out of the stinking tip I gave you on the app. Never again. NEVER again will I tip a carhop at Sonic.
Food was very good. Fast even in a very long line at the drive thru.
Man I usto hate Sonic but lately man there food is always fresh no matter the wait it always doesn't seem as long as it looks and can u say ocean water and vodka
Food taste like they just reheated something that had already been reheat once or twice customer service wasn't good either definitely not going back to that establishment.
I went there to get food ORDERED 3 MEALS with 3 drinks took about 20 minutes the girl comes out and only had TWO of the meals when asked about it she gave and “idc” attitude saying “I didn’t get that either” like seriously?? Didn’t even apologize I’m traveling and just wanted to stop and get something to eat won’t have to worry about me stopping there again. Bad customer service.
Place looks fun, when I was there, afew people came, they never went there b4, they walked up amd walked inside the of the hallway of the kitchen, I would of done the samething, I think maybe it should have a bar so folks won't walk in, there was some wild and crazy people visiting. I asked for afew sau e for my nuggets, just got 1, really dry after no sauce, I got it to go. It was a kool spot, but the 1st time I even tried to eat at Sonic, cause I'm getting older, busy can't take fast food as I could when I was younger, lol
busted ice cram machine. $10 for a burger and fries... laterally, this place just needs to shut down. I went to 5 guys and got a burger and fries, and shake.
Typical sonic food not great but not awful. It's hit or miss here. Sometimes you get food fast and hot and other times you get food slow and cold. The order is correct most of the time but like I said earlier this place is hit or miss. Every now and again your order isn't right and you just deal with it cuz it's not worth the wait to get it corrected.
