The ribs were terrible!! And the employees were both very stand offish. They didn't want to be there and they didn't hide it. Dickeys is also a fast BBQ place but at least their food is good, so I promise it can be done. Don't waste your money here
Food was delicious and hot. Staff was wonderful. The reason I gave 3 stars is the floor by the registers is sticky it's been that way the past 3 times we visited. Our booth also seemed sticky. With these issues I'd give 5 stars.

First time a Shane's Rib ShackDidn't really know what to order and the waitress suggested the shack sampler and it was wonderful.
Got a pulled pork and BBQ chicken salad...both were amazing! Hamburger my kiddo got was great! Mac n cheese was great. Peach cobbler was super yummy! Wings were super tiny. McDonald's nuggies are bigger. Very disappointing because we bought 20. Maybe need a new chicken wing provider?
The food was delicious and they did accommodate my way of eating. I recommend giving this restaurant an opportunity.

I’m visiting the area for a couple of days. This place is located next to my hotel. So I took a chance and order 4 meals. How the hell all 4 meals was cold, horrible cheese not melted on grill cheese. Chicken appears like it’s from a frozen bag. Ribs look and taste frozen, maybe if I’d let them put the sauce on I would’ve noticed the dry boiled looking ribs. I would not recommend this place even if it was the last restaurant in site. My opinion
Great ribs, generous servings, and very friendly service. Nothing shows what a restaurant is like more than having customers arrive 5 minutes before closing time. Here, you’re greeted with a cheerful smile, and encouraged to dine in if you want (although it does a lot of takeout business), even when you can see them wiping down tables and putting up chairs.
Honestly, the boneless wings I ordered were extremely dry and tough. They didn’t even put enough sauce on it. I asked if I could have some extra after they showed it to me and they got a few small cups of it from the back for me which I appreciate. The ladies in the front are nice. The food however is terrible. I used to really like the food here.
