Got seated promptly then waited and waited and then waited some more for someone to come and take our drink order . Never happened so we left after waiting for over 20 minutes.
Me and my family were traveling and stopped here. We were greeted with a nice lady who sat us down. (I didn't get to ask her name). After we were seated our server (Janice) asked what we wanted and kept refilling our drinks as soon as we ran out. She was so nice. This is one of the best Ruby Tuesdays' I have been to. Amazing service and amazing food. I recommend this place for food.
the most disgusting food I have ever been served. A child was cleaning tables probably 5 years old. I actually watched a cookl without head covering or gloves leave food to be served. chicken Parm was left over chicken tenders and rotoni that had to come from a cian. I will never forget this experience. I vomited on the way home.
We waited our entire wait time of 30 minutes to be told we couldn’t be accommodated for. Not to also include the hostess completely lied to the manager about the size of our party. I made my point across very bluntly. I understand you’re short staffed, so am I but I don’t treat my customers that way. I can’t promise if we will come back to this location anytime soon.
Premium side of Mac and cheese… See picture. Used to be served on skillet and worth the upcharge. This was pasta with a little cheese thrown into a cold bowl.Specifically asked for no zucchini when ordering and when food was delivered, reminded waitress, Alexis, of this. When she brought my plate back, she had just raked the unwanted zucchini from my plate and returned it. Broccoli was still raw and cold. This restaurant has progressively gotten worst. They’ll struggle to keep up as Pooler continues to grow if they don’t get a handle on their staff.
Food was satisfactory, although it did not match the visual. Staff was cordial. However, we ordered online for curb side pickup. We ordered addon salad bar, figuring it would be salad as every other establishments. There was nothing to indicate otherwise. Found when we got to our location, there was no salads for both our meals. We were not notified on the website nor when being handed the bag of food that we needed to go into the building to make our own salad. We would not have selected that as an option. What's the point of curb side pickup if we have to go in anyways? Second, after getting through that debacle, we remember we ordered three drinks. None of those were given to us. If you order for to go, make sure you get everything you order before you leave! Do not let the person leave that handed it to you.
Called ahead to be on the wait list for them to tell me there is no wait list. When i finally got seated they gave me dirty glasses and drinks will little to no ice. They messed up my burger as well. Worst experience ever.
They have a great all you can eat salad bar. Plenty of toppings and dressing options. They have 4 other types of salads ie pasta, and brocolli salad.
Food was ok. Salad bar always a safe bet and recommended. This was the sausage macaroni dish. Peppers and onions for me was too much. Ebony was my server, she was acceptable. Didnt go above or give poor service.
We normally do not go to this restaurant due to our lack of interests in the menu. We definitely wouldn’t consider this place a steak house. However, we attempted 3 other restaurants prior to deciding to stop here. All other places were too busy or not answering the phone. Upon entering the door, we stood unacknowledged for what felt like forever. Eventually we were seated. I’m sure you’re wondering how this is a 5star review. That’s because when we finally met our waitress Janice H our night turned around. Her timing on everything was perfect. Checking in, drink refills, check etc. She had the most wonderful but professional attitude out of anyone I’ve ever met. A woman like her has no business waiting tables. She need to be managing and training others to be as perfect as she is.
