Best pizza I’ve had here in the south. They have the cup pepperonis!!! Sauce and cheese is good too. I like that there is a thin crust option.
They over charged us and didn't make what they over charged which is what I thought strange. If u charge me for 2 pies. Why didn't u make them? Its made to order. They closed off the booth section so u couldn't sit and be comfortable and when we asked several times if we could open the tables they pretended, to not hear me. Oh yea and the r keeping it sooo cold in here. Awful experience. Will not come back.
Well the pizza was fairly good. If you are looking for an Italian Atmosphere this ISN'T it. I always remember restaurants where you can't order without advise and explanation from the employees. So in that sense it isn't fast food. But, like a fast food dining room that has Pizza. It seems so strange because in the location where it is in the mall, you can't drive through, and you would have to walk a ways to get there after you park. Now Beer or Wine and they had childrens programs on the TVs. We may go back if we happen to be shopping in the mall but certainly won't make a special trip.
This is a regular stop for us, and here's why:Great quality pizza in this category - fast, assembled in front of you, build your own or one of the menu items. We like that it usually takes less than 10 min to get our food. The crust and sauce options are simple and tasty; sort of a solid basic thing you need to have for a quick pizza base. The toppings are always fresh and well-managed (nothing frozen, nothing wilted or looking like it's seen better days).They have vegan cheese, and I like to have that option. I don't eat dairy or meat, and they do a nice job of building my pizza and avoiding touching it with other foods or gloves that have been handling regular dairy or meat. That's not a major issue for me, but I like it when a restaurant trains their employees to care.The staff at this location are incredible. They are unfailingly friendly and always make it right if there's anything wrong with your experience. They started recognizing us after we came in a few times, and now they have our orders memorized and it feels nice to have that feeling of warmth and recognition when we walk in. They also have remained super cheerful and respectful even when dealing with pandemic issues, restrictions, and closures.
Jackie, Ed, and the Crew have got it rockin', they are super nice, the food is always good, and they do not waste anytime taking care of customers, and getting the pizzas/food make with a quickness. We will go back, numerous times, and highly recommend it to anyone wanting super fresh, tasty pizza !!!...not to mention they know our family by name when we walk in the door, it's like being at your own pizza joint !
I recommend the meatball bowl. Very nice and satisfying for lunch. Very nice people working there. It was busy, but they kept it moving. Nice job.
This was my first visit. The ordering process was easy. The young lady who took our order was new and you could tell. However the man making pizzas was amazing! He helped correct a mistake and made the moment right. The food was tasty and fresh. Service was fast! Social distancing was set up. The store was very clean. I would definitely go back when shopping at the Outlets.
Rise pies at Tanger outlet in Pooler ga. Is awesome!. Jacki and Edgardo are amazing!. For a while they were the only two people working and they always had a smile on their face. And still do. I come here all the time with my daughter. The pizza is the best I've ever had. I give a 10 star +. Thanks guys for making our visit a wonderful one!
My mother and I come in here every time we have a day off. Two specific people who work at this location, Jacki and Edguardo, are very amazing people. It's to the point where they know what our orders are before we even walk in the door and they're already preparing it. They work hard to make sure people get what they order. The Pooler community is thankful for them. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
