I received great customer service from this location. An item was missing from my order, it had gotten swapped with something else another customer ordered who had a VERY similar address to mine. I called the store and was met with a very kind and professional sales woman who immediately went to work to find my missing item. I was given the option to have them send out the next closest driver or receive a credit on my account for the next time I ordered. I went with the first option and they let me know that they would try their best to get my new order out to me. And they did! A young man showed up as fast as he could and hand delivered it to be sure I got what I had originally ordered. Thank you so much guys! We have always had fast service when we order here and we appreciate them working to correct the error.
This is the worst papa johns i have ever experienced! Called the store multiple times finally get out through to a person just to be placed on hold and hung up on (this wasn’t even during busy hours) and this has happened multiple times. then i go through the whole process of trying to place an order just to find out at the end they do not accept cash for carry out of delivery ( i feel like this is something that should have been told from the beginning).
Ordered a specialty pizza and pepperoni. Both came over cooked. One had barbecue sauce underneath and the other was bacon. We called the manager and was originally getting one pizza reversed since they sent a bacon pizza yet the sticker showed it was pepperoni. Manager stated a bacon was ordered which is not the case. We call back due to pizza being gross. Now they are offering us two free pizzas and hoping to that the refund for one goes through. While even calling , someone would answer and hang up. I would prefer to have my money completely refunded since I will no longer order from them again. Specifically this store.
If anyone can screw up a pepperoni pizza for carry out it’s this store. After many MANY 3+ hour delivery times we started carry out. No biggie, I live less than 1 mile from the store.It didn’t help. We keep it simple so the eff ups must be in attempts to run customers out. I’ve received others orders, incorrect orders, and partial orders. I’ve attempted to call the store and corporate on the last 2-3 orders with no response. I’m finished burning my money here.
I have ordered from the Papa John’s multiple times and it continues to go downhill. They don’t include any extra sauces you pay for (which you won’t get refunded for) and their delivery window is wildly inaccurate. Add an hour onto whatever their delivery window is. I’m continually disappointed by the lack of accuracy and consistency. On top of all that, I suggest never ordering anything but regular bread rolls because I got the cream cheese and jalapeño rolls twice only for them to have no cream cheese and some had zero filling or toppings. Whoever is running this needs to do better. I’ve also tried calling when my pizzas weren’t delivered but were marked otherwise only to be hung up on and I was forced to drive there to wait for an order that still came out incorrect. Truly fascinating how one location can be such a disaster. 0/10 recommend
If you want a hot delicious pizza, dont order from here! They never deliver on time, pizza has been cold the last few times we have ordered. Tried to give them a second and third chance. If you try to call the store, they wont answer, so you wont get a replacement or your money back. This store is the worst. Better off ordering from someone else.
I placed my order and patiently awaited arrival. Too much time passes so I pull up the order. It says it was delivered. I check outside my room door and immediately I noticed the 2liter was missing. I start calling the store and no one would answer. I called back to back until 12am. The driver did not bring the 2 liter, my red pepper flakes, nor the 5 cheese sauces nor the 5 pizza sauces. They did not cut the jalapeño poppers through. Furthermore, my order was cold. I'm very upset because1. The driver never even knocked. I was sitting right a the door.2. My order is cold.3.. I tipped 15% for this lack of service.4. Multiple items are missing from my order. 10 sauces, red pepper flakes, and a 2liter bottle of Pepsi.5. I called again from another phone and hit 3 to place an order instead of 2 to call about a previous order. A guy answered then supposedly transfered us to the store, the line rang too long and the guy picked up again. I was supposedly transfered again but the phone hung up. Calling back multiple times clicking options 2 and 3, no one would answer the phone.* update*6. I'm hungry so I tried the pizza. The pizza is covered in alfredo sauce, no cheese. The white is alfredo sauce!I will be calling in the morning to speak to a manager and calling corporate. This is why I usually only tip when I get my order. Tip ahead and these drivers don't care.This is the worst service I have ever recieved.This order was $80.02. To not recieve several items and an inedible pizza and all the food is cold is unacceptable especially when you refuse to make it right.*UPDATE*Been calling the store since 9:30 and no one will answer the phone. After a while the line just disconnects.
I definitely understand food prices have gone up and I never mind paying for wings but I ordered a eight piece for lunch and literally only got six wings. So I paid $10 for six wings.Also it does no good to call the store because if you do get through to somebody they will just hang up on you because I’ve been hung up on every time I’ve called
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a pizza 2 hours ago and it has not arrived. Attempted to call the store to cancel the order - no one answers the phone. I called the customer service line and the person who answered states corporate is not able to issue refund I have to call the store…the one that doesn’t answer the phone. Will never order again.
It used to be good, but now the pizza is never right. Heaven forbid you ask for extra tomato sauce, you'll end up with none. I spent way too much money hoping every order was just a one-off disaster. Go to Pizzahut.
