Got my order wrong and wouldn’t refund my money to my card for the missing items after I had left and called them without me having to return. I tried to explain why it wouldn’t be possible for me to return, but no sympathy or offer to compensate me for the $12 they took. I guess thats the price for a good lesson. Two stars and not one, because the lady who served me was friendly enough, and I guess I’m dumb enough not to check the bag.

Gave us soup in two VERY small take out containers and half a chicken sandwich with horrible stale plain chips for THIRTY DOLLARS. The soup cups were so small it was kind of laughable. Everyone on site working was new and LOUD. They stood by our booth as we ate their 12 dollar half a chicken sandwich because it was FORTY MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. Three out of five drinks were broken.. then a FOURTH STARTED POURING OUT DRINK ON THE FLOOR. Looks like everyone working here is genuinely a little kid… fifteen year olds every where laughing as we pay 30 bucks for a ranch cups of soups..

My wife's cup of soup had more soup in it than my bowl. My chicken soup was way over salted. Note to kitchens everywhere sodium is not healthy if customers want more salt they can always add it. One third of my salad was those crunch things. My last several meals have been disappointing, not what they used to be.

Food was fine. But I question the proper management (or staffing) of this location due to the sweet tea not being readily available in usual dispenser, which Im guessing was broken at the time. Would be understandable if plenty had been left in extra pitcher for all to access (empty). Toilet tissue not placed inside dispenser in ladies room is just laziness. Large roll was left to balance on top of feminine napkin disposal where it could easily fall on floor and is inconvenient to maneuver ?. Cashier coughed in her hand before taking our order and touching our cups (no masks). Not saying the place is bad. Just doesn't live up to what I'm used to at Panera locations. Grateful for good food (and for having tissue in bathroom). And after waiting for someone to get me tea from back in the kitchen, I did finally get some. ?

We went through the drive-thru this past Sunday night (1/23) and ordered one sandwich, one half sandwich and one mac n cheese. The half sandwich I ordered was $7 and when I got it, it was tiny and had barely anything on it - worth maybe a $2 sandwich from McDonald's. It was near close and maybe they just hurried to make it.I went inside and asked them about it, and the manager IMMEDIATELY turned things around, and made me a new much better sandwich. I greatly appreciate the fantastic service and care for my concerns. The food was delicious and the service was better.

Coffee was literally room temperature in one, and empty in 2 others. Very little pastries to choose from and there was a fruit fly situation going on. Not what I expected for a Panera Bread - Especially considering there was a decent amount of staff standing around and a fairly quiet/empty restaurant.

I like to stop in this shopping center whenever I'm about to board a plane on my way back home from visiting family in SC, which is pretty often. My daughter selected Panera Bread this time & I love Panera, so we stopped. It was Tuesday, January 4th - in between breakfast & lunch - a little after 10am. There was no line at the register and the lady behind the counter waited patiently as we discussed our options. She had greeted us politely behind her mask when we entered. My daughter opted for breakfast & chose the egg white, avocado & spinach on ciabatta bread ($6.19). I had my breakfast early, so I ordered lunch - a Greek salad ($8.49) and the pepperoni & sausage flatbread ($10.29).I didn't notice at the time that my salad was missing the tomatoes that were pictured. Nor did I notice my pizza was lacking the generous amount of cheese & pepperoni shown in the picture at the counter. The staff member behind the counter politely told us they would bring it out to us so we sat down nearby at a counter. A few minutes later, I heard a name called out from the back & someone got up to pick up their food. A few minutes later, I went to check on our food. It was sitting on the counter, in front of the cooks. I mentioned to the woman there that I was picking up our order. She didn't ask for a name or seem to care, especially when I mentioned that the woman in the front had told us it would be brought to us.Needless to say, the pizza wasn't hot. Shame, I only ate a couple of pieces and told my daughter to take the rest home. The salad was really good, nice and fresh. My daughter enjoyed her sandwich, no complaints. We rarely get the type of service in these parts that we do in Dallas, I try to overlook it for my daughter's sake, but geez, management should care more about the reviews - I really wanted to give it more ****Never forget there is a lot of competition out there.

Horrible service and management! Oreded first meal - they're out, ordered another- also out, ordered third one came in wrong and partially replaced after 30 min when everything else was cold! No apologies and served other ppl before us till we went to the window and asked for it again. Worst part is they acted like we did something wrong. If they hate their job or not capable to make a sandwich maybe they should work somewhere else! Would not recommend!

The drive through menu has no back lighting nor a light on it at night time so you can’t see the menu at all. I ordered a pick two and get home to find the salad is missing the chicken after paying 7.00 for just that part of the order. Time and date of visit 11/28/21 at 7:30:12pm order number 1340268.
