Tonight we eat as a party of 10 and we had two servers help us. On our side was Dynasty who was so kind and helpful to our family. We typically don’t receive good service from restaurants because we have four kids under the age of five but she never skipped a beat to make things more comfortable for us and this really helped set the mood for my children to want to enjoy themselves. I cannot express how timely we were sat, served and constantly checked on for refills or extra anything. It was wonderful to be treated so well and we will definitely be back and asking for her as our waitress.

First, I'll say our food was good. However, the service was lacking. Once our server dropped off our food that was the last we saw her until it was time to pay. When she brought our food out she asked if we would like any refills on our drinks. My husband said yes. And I asked for more bread sticks. That was it. No refills. No breadsticks. About 45 minutes later, my husband had to go find another server to get us a to go box. Then our server came back. We paid cash for our dinner. She took our cash and didn't bring us our change for another 15/20 minutes. And it wasn't even busy. So disappointed.

I rated this location okay, but only because they serve the franchise's menu, so it's pretty hard to mess up the food. Although I tried 2 different soups and neither was good. The salad was good. The wait was long, the wait for a server was long, the wait for our apps was long, and the food delivery! I received my food before my 3 young grandchildren, now that can't be right. Our server wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly, either. Didn't check on us and didn't offer anything to assist or make our evening better.Managers must be visible and accessible in a restaurant like this, and servers must be trained. You have a franchise reputation to uphold, so please work at it.

I don’t know where to start. This restaurant was very disappointing. I was sat in the middle section by the window. A gentleman came to take my order. I thought this gentleman was going to be a great server. Then it happened something that has never happened to me. The gentleman started to take a couple who sat down after me order. He brought out drinks but served them first. To me I was thinking ok. Maybe he knows them. Then he brings out salads and that’s when reality set in. He says to the other party “which salad do you want you can have first choice I just made them both. Oooook now I’m confused. Did he say that out loud. Yes he did then he gives them the salad and bring me what they didn’t want. I was loss for words. The rest of the dining experience is blur. I couldn’t eat any more of my food. I asked for to go trays and pay for my meal. I normally tip $10 or more when I’m dining alone but I only tipped him $5. I have always heard things about race in savannah and surrounding cities but to actually experience it was a woooow. Never again I will not be back. Olive Garden you need to train your servers and let them know slavery is over. We are on 2022 not 1922.

After being turned away from Chili’s, we came here and Marcus was our server. He was outstanding and the food was exceptional and timely. He never let our drinks run out and checked back frequently. I understand that everyone has been short staffed but this was a good Wednesday night dinner. Y’all go see Marcus!

We waited approximately 30min. for a table for 7. The waitress seemed rushed and frustrated. I understand that it is a busy time after church services are completed. However, the waitress was abrupt and did not respond to some of our requests. I thought I was ordering a regular meal for a lesser price but, when paying the bill, I found out that the price was not honored on week-ends and that I could have chosen the pasta I would have preferred since I was paying the higher price anyway. Overall, we enjoyed our meals and we especially liked the salad and breadsticks. Many Blessings

I have no complaints about the taste but when i order rigatoni and meat sauce and there is not enough sauce to even cover half of the pasta it’s pathetic !! Is sauce that expensive that you can’t put some on the pasta? I ordered 6 extra meatballs and there was zero sauce on them which would be fine if i had sauce on my meal! For 36 dollars i think you could afford to put enough sauce to at least cover the pasta so i am not eating just plain pasta on half of my meal!! If this is standard i will never return!!

Their carbonara was not it. I don't know if it's this location but it tasted like water. Made me sort of nauseous after. Olive Garden usually is a fine choice where I understand the pasta isn't the highest quality but this was just bad. Curbside service was though!

We had a huge party of 18 ladies for a white elephant ornament party for Christmas. We had the BEST & I do mean BEST waitress I have ever had at any restaurant in my life. She had a man helping her a little which was amazing too. Wish I could remember her name. She had cute grinch earrings in that I spoke to her about. Hope she reads this. That lady didn't mess up one time. Drinks were never empty. Y'all just think 18 ladies! That should tell you enough lol. All of us there were so impressed by her friendliness, punctuality, upbeat personality. She recommended the best ? drink for me. It was delicious. Food was hot & out in no time at all. I literally could go on and on about how amazing she was. It made the night so much better. THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR NIGHT EVEN MORE AMAZING THAN IT ALREADY WAS. This was the 1st party we've had in 3yrs due to other reasons than covid. Olive Garden don't y'all let this amazing lady go anywhere because I'll be requesting her area to sit at even if I have to wait 2hrs.

Went with my wife for lunch today. I ordered endless soup and salad, my wife ordered shrimp Alfredo. Got one small bowl of salad no refills and the server had to be stopped for me to get more soup. So frustrating so we canceled our take out order.
