I pull up to the drive thru and I am asked to wait, no big deal that's okay. A 2nd car pulls up and I let them know I am ready to order and I am asked to wait again. Now I am waiting and they take the second cars order first after I've already been sitting here waiting. I know it may not sound like a big deal to some but for me I found it a little rude. As someone who works in customer service I fell that the customer service I got wasn't very great.
I was in the drive through at 10:15 pm. The operating hours state open until 11pm. I get to the speaker at 10:33 and they tell me they’re closed and not taking orders. I ask the girl who has been behind my car the whole time telling cars pulling in behind me that I’m the last car for the night what time do you close? She says 10:30. I tell her I’ve been in line the whole time and she says go ahead and pull up to the window. What the Florida?! Does the franchise owner know this is what they do?
This is the 2nd time that this has happen to me at this location and I love McDonald’s but this location is not the best at all it’s really sad that I have to inspect my food before eating due to a poor lack of service from this location. I was just eating this bacon quarter pounder and just happen to look down at the sandwich and saw that the meat was Pink.
The worst McDonald's experience ever! The employees were so rude and lazy ! The service was the slowest that I have ever experienced at any McDonald's. Our order was wrong. We ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and received a regular cheeseburger in the quarter pounder box. We didn't want to go back through the line to have the problem corrected. This was about 10 pm when we just gotten off of an international flight and had not eaten all day due to changing planes. We just feel ripped off and that the service and accuracy could have been better
I went there around 10pm and there was a line at the drive through that was taking quite a bit of time. When I pulled up to order a friendly voice came immediately asking if I’d like to use some sort of promo card. I replied I didn’t and told her my order. Then I sat in silence, waiting for a response. After about 8 “hello?” attempts, I realized that there wasn’t anyone working at that McDonald’s and the first voice was just a recording.A whole line of us waiting one by one to order from nobody.
Ordered through the app, waited for 10 mins for someone to bring my order to my stall, no one came. I had to walk up and ask. I was invited in, an apology was given and I received my food. While there, there was an employee in the back on the line eating an ice cream while looking me in the eye. Smh. How unsanitary! The manager was very apologetic. I told the employee they should eat in the back, he ignored me.
This is one of just many Rat Holes that the Savannah Franchisee owns and operates. Slow and Ridiculously Inept Employees! Fast Food (It is not called that anymore) Employees asked for higher wages, and they got them canceled the Pandemic began, but the Service has only dropped to an All-Time Low.
Came thru at 830 pm on a Sunday night. Had us pull up because they didn’t have coffee ready. After ten minutes of waiting we called, as their doors were locked and people were still in drive thru. They had forgotten us. Five minutes later they finally got around to bringing out coffee. Sad excuse for customer service. I’d skip this one and go elsewhere. Plenty of other places around.
Maybe the second worst McDonald's I've been to next one in baton rouge. Stood in a lobby full of people watching about 10 employees I'll talk around the French fry machine after 15 minutes they had not addressed a single person in the lobby trying to order food
I wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s The restaurant is very nasty and disgusting. The tables are a mess , The floor look like they haven’t been swept , Trash is piled up in the trash containers, Bathroom is Not clean or Sanitary . I am very disappointed in McDonald’s Restaurant and The food isn’t to good either . My mom got a bloody hamburger and had to get is returned . Associates are texting and talking and not Doing there jobs . I wish there was 0 stars Cause I’m so frustrated with how this restaurant is and the staff. Do Not Come to this McDonald’s Not worth your time !!
