This is the worst McDonald’s, I absolutely hate going here. Almost always rude. We got food last night and it was just nasty. The fries were cold, the cheese burgers had big chunks of onions one them. One of the chunks was like a half of onion they didn’t even cute it up. My daughters chicken nuggets were Soggy and greasy. She couldn’t even eat them had to put them in the air fryer to cook them the rest of the way. Pretty messed up when you buy food out and you have to go home and cook it..
This store is usually fast for the volume of its sales. Food is standard McD's. I doubt that it will ever be as good as it was when I worked at a McD's in the 70's. It was less automated and more fresh. We would peel fresh potatoes then hand cut and wash fries. Big difference. I really wish younger people could taste the difference....McD's literally had the best French fries hands down. It still isn't bad...prices are higher but they manage to control that pretty well. I recommend this store for quick meal that won't break your wallet.
Supposed to be open till 11 I’ll put in parking cones behind cars in the drive-through at 10 o’clock had about eight cars in front of the comb so I guess they thought eight cars in an hour was good enough
Food was good and hot,the only thing negative to state,is we had to wait a little longer then usual
I have reviewed this location in the past. The great iconic McDonald's logo floats over the city of Pooler , but it's wonderful , polite drive thru employee that served me on this occasion has made me wonder if McDonald's is on its way back to #1. Great job young lady .. You made my day. And guess what ? I enjoyed my breakfast !!
AWFUL DONT COME HERE!!!! Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to she was extremely rude and short with us then we waited 15 minutes for our food and it came out COMPLETELY WRONG she didn’t give us 4 of our sandwiches and the other two were chicken nuggets instead of burgers. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A WASTE OF TIME…!!!
My breaded chicken was burned. Employee agreed and said I’d get a new one. When questioned about the replacement, I was told that it wasn’t burned (that’s the way it looks) by another employee. I eventually was given a Big Mac as a replacement. While waiting a family came in with a cute little dog, paraded it all around and not one employee said something. The dog was clearly not a therapy or service dog.
Love curbside mobile app is easy to use
The establishment is like the others but what made me rate this location one star was the experience. Greetings tells alot about a person or establishment. It's not a welcoming when you go to the drive thru and be greeted with a hostile attitude. Alot of people go through things during work, but being the first thing a customer greets.... it's should be welcoming. I shouldn't feel like I have beef with you while I just begin to make my order.
My husband picked up 2 double quarter meals. First of all, the sandwich was loaded with chunks of onions, so much that it should have been called an onion burger with a side of beef.Biting into it, I could taste the burnt meat, which they tried to cover by putting cheese over the burnt pieces. So I broke it into smaller pieces, thinking I could eat around the burned part. Lo and behold, the bottom patty is RAW! So i have a double quarter, where the top patty is burned, and the bottom is raw. So you just threw some mess together, and served it. My husband's sandwich had raw meat on it too.
